Tom gets you the results you want! We hired Emalfarb Law to help us get monies owed to us, not only was he able to get it, we got our money FAST! Saving us a lot of money in the process. He is extremely nice, logical, down to earth, and he also has that Chi-Town grit. Out of all of his exceptional qualities I’d say most of all was his ability to communicate. Subcontractor payment issues...
It’s unfortunate, but getting paid in the construction industry can be more of a challenge than the work itself. As a subcontractor navigating new industry changes (such as GC's claiming unconditional releases are "required" prior to payment) it is helpful to have access to legal remedies.
Fortunately, Emalfarb Law has been that recourse for us and has significantly helped our company work through some of our more tricky payment situations on projects.
Thomas is always available, moves quick and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We are grateful to have him as a resource. Thank you!!
