Unreliable
Unreliable. Orders do not arrive regularly, no deliveries occur, then they blame me for not picking up (which is not true).
In other cases, they send a different product than the one shown in the picture. The product is incomplete and unusable.
I've been disappointed by them several times. After this, never again EMAG.
Expensive dog food in broken bag
Expensive dog food, 50 euros for 15 kg, was delivered for the 3rd time in a broken bag!
This time "Sameday" dumped the bags in the garden. The driver did text one bag is broken.
It takes a day to figure out how to put a complaint at Emag. The company does not care about customer service.
Nothing has changed since last year when they claimed their slow customer service was due to a fusion (a fusion that took nearly 1 year) and I had to wait nearly 4 months to receive my money back for a delivered broke rice cooker!
Only buy if you are sure you will never need customer service.

For the first time, Sameday courier and after them Emag responded.
A new bag was delivered right now. This time it arrived in one piece. Expensive food in a cheap bag is a big no. Emag could prevent badly sealed bags gotten broken if they wrap them up or use a box.

- Packages often dont arrive. Happened multiple times.
- Delivery times are wrong.
- Cant rate Vendors. Some are really really unreliable.
- No support. They hide their E-mail and phone number so if you try to reach them you got to do some research. I tried to contact them multiple times with their chatbot but nothing happened.
- Theres no Feature like "My order didnt arrive".
The promised delivery was not kept
The promised delivery was not kept, they refuse to cancel the order after 20 minutes which I spent talking to agent about their breach of contract.
Unreliable delivery times
I placed an order on 5th of April, with collection from an easybox locker. I made the purchase as the product (sold by emag, not some random marketplace seller) was showed as will be available for collection on 6th of April from 5pm. Of course they didn't deliver the product at the promised time, not even days later, so I had to cancel the order. I don't care that it was a bank holiday weekend, I am used to Amazon standards (aka delivery 24/7 even on weekends and bank holidays). 5th and 6th of April wasn't even bank holiday, so honestly no excuse for them. If you can't deliver on the promised time, maybe fix your website and delivery predictions. Massive waste of my time.

Careful with this company,!! Ive been reading some other reviews and aparently I'm not the only one who received a used thing, and they are known as scammers. So I ordered online a new Lenovo monitor, and instead, I recieved a disaster looking box, and when I open it I find this inside : A used , and not only a little bit used by the way no, a super old used and dirty monitor, with all the packaging in a terrible mess and broken. What is this? Is this a joke? It was disgusting. I mean, If I find this on the street I dont even pick it up, cause it looks like this monitor had a very terrible life. I not only want my money back, but a compensation for this, what a shame, Ive never experienced something like this in my life.

Misrepresented the product
eMag misrepresented the product they sold, and sent me another. They blamed their marketplace partner after (who gave me an invoice with the product they sent me). eMag had a slow, faceless, unhelpful customer support during.
giant company that can't handle black friday orders
I placed my order on black friday.(11.18.) I paid in advance for the product I ordered and waited for my parcel to arrive. Emag set a delivery date of 2 December for my order. I accepted this long delivery time and waited patiently. Then I received an email from them saying that they could not send the product I ordered due to technical reasons. :( Ok, I accepted this too, asked them to send me a replacement product, which is the same in specification and price. I received a reply that they could send the replacement product, but they have not sent it since then (since 30 Nov).
In the same order, I had another product that has not been shipped yet. This is all getting so annoying, I have my snow shoes full. :@ A giant company that cannot handle black friday should not advertise black friday promotions. They can't even deliver the orders, because their side company is responsible for the delivery, which is also a worthless sh!t (Sameday)
Unfortunately, the mentality of the Romanian parent company(emag.ro) is also felt by the Hungarian company. :(((
their phone support is not available, they do not answer emails, I guess they do not have enough people to answer me. The information I have received from the company is a big zero. I am totally dissappointed.
I wonder how they are going to compensate me for this huge inconvenience and when my parcel will arrive, if they ever manage to deliver it.
