Dreadful /non-existent Customer Service!!
Ordered 10th Oct. I was then looking at reviews and i saw the warnings about how you get brought in to Subscription order. I questioned via a textchat whether i was in a Subscription and it said NO!
I then looked at my order again and found i was in a Monthly subscription.
It was NOT easy to cancel!
A week went by and no product. I contacted the email address given for "support" and the emails were bounced back.
I then tried to claim on the insurance that it added and still had no response for them.
The product finally arrived after 18 days from order.
I will not be dealing with this company again and would NEVER recommend them!!!!

I thought I was ordering one product. Another month later another batch arrived and £52 taken out of my account. This just feels like a scam to me.

Fewer headaches and no afternoon slump taste lovely i would recommend

This company is a pure scam and frankly fraudulent.
As per other reviews you unintentionally get locked into a monthly subscription. Then its impossible to cancel. I have been trying for 3 months. I will now be going through my credit card company.
They should be banned from their activities!

Scammers tricking elderly people into subscriptions and making it difficult to cancel along with some pop up video persuading you to keep subscribing. Do better

They sign you up to a subscription, it is almost impossible to cancel. I have contacted my bank to stop payments now.

Good product, their masterclass helped me a lot to understand the use and also got additional discounts! Way to go! We need more genuine products like this in the market.

Don't deal with them.
They signed me up to a subscription without my knowledge or consent.
They refuse to cancel the subscription themselves.
They send links for me to do it, but they don't work.
They put hurdle after hurdle in my way in order to stop me from cancelling.
They took a second payment from my card without my authorisation.
I have blocked my card and told them they won't get any more money, but they still harp on about temporary suspension etc.
I have made it abundantly clear, that I'm not convinced that the product has helped me, but they still keep up the battle and refuse to cancel.
They answer emails promptly and tell me how they understand and want to help, but it's a myth.

Avoid the company at all costs, they are too stressful to deal with.

Garlic which is easy to swallow. No odour. I am sleeping better and have more energy

I would put no stars if I possibly could. Do not touch this company.

They do not respond to request to cancel the subscription that they are very quick to implement (before I realised that I had done it.)

The same day I tried to cancel the subscription and the order. This was now about a month ago.
Absolutely no response.
I have sent them about 15 or so Emails and absolutely no response.

On the back of this, there is no way I would trust their product.

Even though I tried to cancel the order on the day I ordered it. They still sent out the aged garlic.

I have emailed them today another three times and I am taking the package straight to the post office for my return. Watch this post.

The garlic capsules are pleasant to take without repeating.Its early days in my consumption of the product but so far so good. The customer service is qick and effective.Seems like a good product I will continue with.

On 12 October 2026 you took 28GBP from sccount without my consent and you havent delivered any thing.Plesse could I have the delivery.You only delivered one sachet for the #E28516 thst I made on 06/09/2026 today the 27th of October.So its either you return my 28GDP back into my account or you sent another satchet or we will be communicating on this platform

Ordering was pretty straight forward and convenient for my dietary needs. I will definitely consider purchasing from them again!

If you have high blood pressure ordering this product to try is likely to increase it
You can not try a one off packet/pouch
In my experience you are automatically agreeing to a subscription which seems you can not cancel or get your money back. I have not had any UK reply to my raised concerns
I have had to ensure any further payment to this company is blocked and have stated my concerns with my bank
Last week I refused a delivery I did not order with the delivery driver of InPost on two consecutive days, it was then delivered/posted through my door on the 3rd day when I was out
I have written 11 emails since September to the UK support team with no reply
The website complaint process is in America and is not joined up with the UK ELVARIM website
Following at least 20 conversation threads and providing my order numbers the advice was contact the support team here in Uk
In my opinion it was a robot replying
A point to note: You do not get any email confirming your order number so make sure you are aware of it
Any concerns you may have, it is extremely likely you will be unheard
A most dreadful experience I would not wish on anyone
There are other companies out there
Do not use this company

I wish I had read the feedback before buying. I am still waiting for my order a month after ordering and all I keep getting told is it’s on its way. Caveat emptor! Scam!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I got signed up for subscription i didn't know about. Struggled to cancel. To top it all package lost in my local sorting office. Ive asked for proof of purchase and address it came from they've fobbed me off saying courier hasn't reported it lost!
THIS COMPANY IS NOT IN THE UK

Do not get involved with this company. You will regret it if you try to do a return. They don't send any order acknowledgment or an invoice but they question all the details only known to them or are very easy for them to find out. To this date, my husband hasn't received an invoice from them even after repeated requests. They just want to make the return process so complicated so people give up or forget. After all the unnecessary questioning, they say they don't accept returns even though it's stated on their website they would within 30 days and they are legally obliged to. I was finally offered 70% off to keep the products and I agreed.

Do not purchase from Elvarim! They automatically sign you up on a subscription to and it takes you round in circles to get it cancelled.
Also, because they had done this, 1 day after placing my order, which had NOT SHIPPED, I tried to cancel the order and requested a refund. They refused. They are dishonest and scam people by tricking/forcing the automatic subscriptions and refusing to cancel orders.
When you email them they just send you AI automated responses and won't escalate your complaint.

Ordered a one off supply to try. Cancelled subscription 4 days later. Emailed company to cancel. No response, be aware. Do not click as they unkowingly dupe you into a subscription

This company cannot improve because it's a scam. BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I ordered a course of tablets. They accepted my money and then told me that they would inform me when the items rwete being sent. I then contacted them for an expected date of dispatch and wad told they didn't have one???
THIS SORT OF SCAM SHOULD HAVE THE COMPANY BANNED FROM ADVERTISING ON THE INTERNET.
The Internet companies are big enough to check the credentials of advertisers to see if they are bogus.
It's easy!
Companies with a Trustpilot score of less than 3 should be banned.
