Ordered Lillian Clover Leaf Earring Set and choose the shade of "Pink" the image displayed is very much hot pink.

Item came and is VERY orange and not pink at all.

Item took 15 days to come and is advertised as a Canada brand through Instagram advert. Item was shipped from China and therefore took 15 days to arrive.

When raised Customer service only offered 15% refund with a gaslight repsonse of "As a result, the colour of the stones may appear slightly different in person, depending on the lighting conditions, camera settings, and screen displays." They also called this product Ruby Silver so if anything I would have expected more red due to lighting than ORANGE.

The webiste is hard to find as another company is under the same name but is elurashop.co

I always wanted a flat back earrings and ordered 2 pairs from Elura a month ago. It took a few days to arrive but Simona kept me updating on my delivery and I also got a free pair of earings too. Earings arrived in a lovely boxes. Unfortunately one of them had a very small flat back fitting so took me extra time to put these on. Other ones had quite a big butterfly fitting so I had to remove these before the bed which wasn't ideal. By the way all earings were beautiful. It was just me being fussy because I sleep on my front and wanted to have a super snug earings. So I passed this feedback to Simona from Elura Shop. And she responded straight away. Simona offered me an exchange for both earrings and let me keep the original ones I ordered. To my big delight I had chosen other 2 pairs of flat back earrings! One of them were out of stock. Simona contacted a manufacturer and gave me another choice. She also waived a delivery charge for extra 2 earings too. So I am getting these for free which is so helpful as I could gift one of the pair to my daughter for Christmas. It's really an outstanding customer service and prompt correspondence from Simona. Thank you so much for all your patience and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like a nice pair of earings and great customer service.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, firstly it took a month for the items to be delivered, then I messaged them regarding this as the gift was then late for the date after being told 7-10 days for delivery. Items FINALLY arrived and what a load of tat. They look and feel cheap, not as described at all!! And to send back I’ve had to send multiple emails and they are refusing to pay for the delivery. They keep offering partial refunds of like 35% absolutely never use this site. It’s the worst company ever

Really disappointed wished I hadnt ordered from them. Made a purchase as a gift thinking this was a genuine company with quality goods. I ordered mid September and order still not received. zero stars. Do not buy from them.

My earring set came in the mail 2 days earlier than expected. They’re so cute and dainty! I love the free bangle I got too!!

Order marked “delivered,” but delivery photo shows it was delivered to the wrong address

I placed an order for two bracelets with Elura Shop on July 31. It took approximately a month for the order to arrive.

When the package was marked as delivered, I discovered that I had not received it. The delivery photo provided by the carrier clearly shows the package being left at a neighboring residence — not at my shipping address.

I contacted Elura Shop about the issue and was told to contact the delivery service. I did exactly that, but the delivery service has not responded to me.

I then contacted Elura Shop again and requested a refund because I paid for merchandise that I never received. I have provided the relevant information and have made a reasonable effort to resolve this directly.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. A package being marked “delivered” does not change the fact that the delivery photograph shows it was delivered somewhere other than my address.

Elura Shop: I am asking you to please refund my order rather than continue sending me back to a delivery service that has not responded.

I hope Elura resolves this promptly. If they do, I will update this review accordingly.

If I could give 0 I would. Poor quality product. Chain wouldn’t even stay on. Will not be shopping here again. Do not order anything from this place.

Update on my last review. I did get a reply to my emails complaining saying I had been given a refund, no explanation as to why I didn't receive the item I purchased but am grateful for the refund.

Really like the Lillian earrings I got and the free bangle bracelet they gave! I ordered twice from them. The second time it did take a bit longer than expected but really happy with the price & quality.

I should have read other reviews here. Their return policy online only states that return shipping is at buyer’s expense, but no where does it state it should be sent back to China. This is fraudulent. I will go file a complaint to my credit card company and to the Ontario Consumer Protection Bureau since they are listed as a company operating from Toronto Canada. Shipping back to China costs the same price than the item value - I received the wrong item or they use fake marketing (I ordered pearls and did not receive pearls - they confirmed the item was correct, that it was only a lightning effect difference).

Do not buy from elurashop.co. Their official support email completely ignores return requests (I attempted 3 separate times with zero response). When I filed a dispute with my credit card company, the merchant manufactured a fake paper trail using an unverified, secondary Gmail account to trick the bank into thinking they contacted me. They rely on these "ghost emails" hitting your spam folder just so they have "proof of contact" to win credit card chargeback disputes. They are a deceptive operation that exploits bank loop holes. Avoid at all costs.
