Service like no other
Working in the corporate sector, dealing with lots of large organisations, for any inspection requirements I won't be looking any further than ELTI in future. John and the team bailed us out of a very time pressured situation with aboslute professionalism and clinical delivery. It was like being transported back to a time where client service actually meant something! Incredible technical knowledge and a service to be unrivaled.

Good communication and attention to detail. in addition to the inspection services, the general advice given has been excellent. The experience of the engineers is impressive.

ELTI and Oakfield's positive working relationship
Jonathan is an asset to the ELTI team. He is our regular engineer and so knows our business well. We are a residential home for adults with learning disabilities and so takes an open minded individual to work within that environment, which is what Jonathan does, as well as the job in hand.

Annual Lifts Inspection
The surveyor (JH) was very thorough when carrying out his inspection and checks, I also had elements of the lift components explained to me in great detail when asked.
