Doesn’t work on my ipad or iMac. Only works on YouTube on my Windows laptop, not on Chrome or my Musopia accounts.

Great device! And James provided amazing technical advice to overcome ne being a Luddite! Multiple texts, phone call and then FaceTime finally corrected my mistakes. He really cares about this product and got it to work for me. Highly recommended!

I had a problem with a pedal I brought in here in the uk.
I contacted the store but they didn't reply.
I Emailed Elmore Pedal company and within 5 minutes I received a reply from James the owner. He personally resolved my issue, sending me a replacement Pedal to the UK the Next day, Free of charge.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I really wanted to tell this story.

I had trouble with the pedal that I've owned for a couple of years, and I was in a pretty difficult situation with intense rehearsal for a session. I contacted Elmore pretty late at night, and I was really surprised to get a response within minutes. From there I got very attentive support into the night, and the problem resolved by the first thing in the morning.

The Elmore Pedal is exactly what I needed to utilize the many internet platforms available to learn, practice, and enhance my playing and technique. The customer service is truly the best I have ever encountered using the internet. I appreciated the assistance that took into account my tech skill level and provided me the help I needed, right at the level I was at! A great product from a great company! I’ll be recommending the Elmore Pedal to all the musicians I know!

I have used the pedal for about a month and it's great to have foot control of the Lessons from TrueFire which is what I use it for.
I had problems updating the firmware and the e-mail support was great, couldn't figure out the problem so they are sending a replacement. Could not ask for more.

Exactly what I was looking for, the Elmore Pedal! Recently retired, trying to learn guitar, but the tedious back and forth between the instrument and browser was annoying and limiting. The Elmore Pedal truly enabled me to effectively use the browser as a learning tool.
Now, the pedal has been updated to be compatible with a wide variety of platforms to contribute even more to its excellent price to value ratio.
The customer support has been amazingly prompt, thorough and courteous. I'm confident that I have purchased something that I will use the rest of my life and its development will likely continue to exceed my expectations (and talent).

I play bass and guitar for my church worship team and got this for Christmas. I'm very pleased with it as ot works as advertised. It makes my practice sessions go a lot smoother.

It took a bit of time, but it works perfectly now!

What made the experience great is that the pedal did exactly what it was described to do and does it well. It is extremely nice to be hands-free now when doing TrueFire lessons. My only wish would be that the pedal was in a metal housing with metal switches versus plastic. With everything being plastic I feel like the constant wear of stepping on the pedal will eventually break the housing or plastic buttons. But it does the job.

I just received my Elmore Pedal, and was having issues getting it to work properly, After several attempts, I reached out to the website Chat and was immediately contacted by James (the owner). He worked with me over the course of several hours to identify a solution to my problem with the Pedal. It turned out that most of my issues were self-inflicted, however, we did identify a legitimate issue that James was immediately seeking to solve.

My experience with Elmore Pedals’ customer service was top notch! I enjoyed speaking with James, and very much appreciated his interest in solving my issues.

Great for slowing down lessons on Truefire and Artistworks. You can even watch your favorite players on YouTube and slow down the performances to learn songs! It’s great!

If you’re on the fence and think that this pedal is gimmicky in any way just go ahead and order one. This is an incredibly genius, useful learning tool for a musician. It completely streamlines the learning experience and puts the lesson in your muscle memory, without using your hands to control your media. The customer service is absolutely top-notch, the owner of the company actually called me and we discussed a software issue that I was having an in a short period of time it was completely resolved, and he assured that my pedal was functioning properly. Awesome pedal!

The Elmore pedal is my new best friend! I'm working on a new style in guitar and this is going to save me LOADS of time and frustration...no more taking my hands off the guitar. Not only that, I can work on new chip carving and relief carving patterns without having to take the knife off the wood. That makes this pedal a safety pedal!! I will use it as much for carving as for guitar. Geez, you knocked it out of the park with this invention! Finally, there is nothing like the personalized customer service at Elmore Pedals.
