The vehicle’s radio is of very low quality, and the overall finishes of the motorhome are not great either. This results in a lot of noise while driving. I understand that some noise is normal, but in this case, it felt excessive.

It a comfortable and well appointed RV. I was concerned that there were glass and ceramic plates in the RV (we did not request those items). The refrigerated seemed to be missing a barrier and items fell out and broke once we parked and opened it. One of the cabinets ended up opening while we pulled into a gas station. Plates flew out and broke. Thank goodness no one was injured. Just make sure prior to renting that the safety features are in place.

no warm water as the anode was not even installed. missing kitchen tools even if we paid the kitchen kit. failing battery after 3 days. no power if we were not running the engine. no compensation proposed which is poor service in my opinion for a 3x returning customer. Will look for other options next time

Pesimo el servicio de alquiler y atencion al cliente. Muy dificil comunicacion con la empresa. Muy mala atencion y muy grosera Helena que es quien es la UNICA, persona que atiende en la oficina de Miami. Es una locura que solo tengas la posibilidad de recojer o devolver el RV desde las 9:00 AM hasta laa 11:00 AM.

We were happy with the layout of the motorhome. The bathroom is a little tight to use. The refrigerator latch should be redesigned. We did put duct tape over it so it wouldn’t fly open. The muffler did seem loud but that could just be the case with motorhomes.
