We recently bought a house where Elliots were the agent the house was listed with. We dealt with Ben who was excellent, really communicative and so good at chasing all parties. We were selling two properties (one in Devon, one in Brighton) in order to proceed with our purchase. Unfortunately we faced serious difficulties with the Devon sale which nearly caused our purchase to fall apart but Ben was very good at keeping everyone in the loop. He remained friendly and professional at all times. I can't speak for Elliots in terms or selling property, but our experience buying through them was excellent. Thank you!

I've used Elliotts a few times to find me tenants for my rental property. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I trust them to find me the right person, not just pick the first applicant. They're extremely efficient, proactive, friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Genuinely the timely communication from Ben as well as his dogged chasing of all parties in the chain stopped us from calling time more than once. I must have spoken/communicated with Ben at least 10 times for every 1 time with my own agent. Would recommend.
