No other uk clothing seller has advertised shipping at s certain rate, and then charged “customs fees” (plus service fee!) en route. Not one—and I buy all my clothes from uk and to so frequently. The “tariiff” has been in affect for 5 months. This is disingenuous (FRAUD) and I will never order from ellesse.com again. See Sergio Tacchini for an example of a functioning website and honest shipping charges. Embarrassing for you.

Ellesse is great, Everi delivery is garbage
I want to be clear that Ellesse makes a great product that I gave never had complaints about. The only thing about them that I would change is their currier service. They should ditch Everi and just go to a standard handler like DHL. Everything I have had sent to me through Everi has been fraught with complications, delays, mistakes, unauthorized returns with no initial conversation. I made an order several months ago that was returned back to sender and instead of sending it back to me they returned my money and told me the items were out of stock… the items that are in a package I could still track… just a lot of nonsense for a couple hundred bucks worth of kit. I would love to be a return customer but Everi has made it so I will second guess that.
