I found what I was looking for at a great price. My package arrived faster than expected. Overall, great shopping experience. I will buy again from this website.

This is not a bad review on the company "Ella Paradis" service was super fast, but the product "Men Vibration masturbator" is very disappointing. It's as if they never had a male test the thing before... Vis mer

Goodbye Sketchy Stores & Questionable…
Goodbye Sketchy Stores & Questionable Choices!
My partners and I where looking to explore a bit more and had some questionable experiences at our local retailers so we took to the web and landed here. The selection is outstanding and the categories are laid out nicely so we could explore and find what we where looking for. There was a wide range to choose from when it came to staying in our budget. Our order came super fast and neatly packaged too. So far we love our newest addition to our toy box and will definitely be back to order more!

Defective Products they don’t stand behind.
Please be aware when purchasing from Ella that they do not stand behind the products they sell. I ordered from them this fall although I believed it was Adam & Eve since that’s the website I used. My merchandise came from Ella explaining that they use the Ella for discreetness. About 45 days later I had a defective product that only worked 1 time which I paid well over $100 for (My order was $250 +) so I contacted Adam and Eve and they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund. Fast forward 2 weeks and now they say that they have no record of my transaction with them and that I needed to contact Ella, which I did. Ella then said that the product was an Adam & Eve product and that I would have to contact them and file a warranty claim. Basically playing the blame game. Tried to do this but there is no such thing. So please do yourself a favor and don’t order from Adam & Eve or Ella Paradis. Keep your $$$ in your pocket.

Hello Christina,
We are terribly sorry to hear you've encountered any kind of confusion with our staff and/or during your order. We are in no way working as shippers for Adam & Eve stores. We do resell their items along with others and our own manufactured products. However, our discreetness, prices and shipping is all our own. Due to the confusion causing this purchase to go more than over 30 days, this caused us to refer you for a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the product purchased. Nonetheless, we'd be more than happy to assist you with your defective purchase directly. If you would please reach back out to our support team at 1(844)355-2669 or visit EllaParadis.com to Chat (M-F 8AM-8PM & Sat 1PM-6PM EST) one of our reps will be able to gather more information regarding your order so we may resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Great Site, Great Products
Order a few items from Ella Paradis and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. First off I got a great deal on some top quality items that tend to run on the expensive side. The pricing was much better than any of the major sites I checked. My order was shipped quickly, carefully and arrived within a few days. All the products were as advertised. I highly recommend the site to anyone who's curious about it.

Needed help, got helped by kind people
So I actually needed a partial refund but heres why i rated 5 stars
The customer service is fast, kind, and helpful. I had to contact a few times and each time they had 5/5 customer service.
I needed a partial refund because part of my order got delayed (not their fault) but the products i did receive are great quality and a good price. Despite having the issue i had I’ll likely be back next time. Every warehouse is struggling so no hard feelings, I’m just glad they handled everything so well!

I'm glad I found Ella Paradis!
There are many sites for adult toys/wellness, I'm glad I found this one. I was attracted to Ella Paradis because of their website and pricing. I found exactly what I was looking for (and some things I wasn't looking for lol!). I reached out to customer service about tracking my order, the person I was chatting with was super helpful. Turns out my package was arriving that day. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I usually never write reviews, but I got the OSE 2 a couple weeks ago and it’s literally changed the game for me. I usually bought just random toys but after this purchase I realized how much quality can totally make the difference, I honestly can’t put it into words. After OSE 2 I definitely plan on trying some more toys from Ella Paradis!
