TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. They along with another company totally kept all our royalties for our kindle book on Amazon they're a total scam company. Amazon called us to report that we had over $5000 in royalties due which they never paid. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Very disappointing. I spent a lot of time and money with no results. I received articles that were probably written by chatGPT and then the person email was undeliverable. I called with no results, no publication action at all. The publications I had were rejected saying no notability and I had to a ait until publication rotation was available such as Forbes! As if everyone on Wikipedia had been highlighted in this magazine. Time and money wasted. At the time committed I chose based on the TrusrPilot and only found 2 negative reviews, now there are plenty negative reviews,

This is a SCAM. I spent $499 and the Wikipedia page that they created for me was deleted by Wikipedia. They refused to give me a refund until finally agreeing to it if I left a 5-star review, which I refused to do.

I paid a sizeable amount of money for an ad to be run in Times Square on three different screens, three times a day for three days. I even flew to NYC to witness the campaign in person. It NEVER happened. I was told a few different versions of what went wrong and promised a full refund and 1/2 my travel expenses. After six months, the company still owes me a good portion of my refund. I’ve been told I won’t receive the balance and should trust them to provide another service instead. They said my credit card had refused the refund because too much time had passed (due to the stalling by the Elite Wiki Writers.) I confirmed with my credit card company that no refund had been sent to them or refused by them as EWW stated. When I told them I didn’t want to do any further business with them, I was informed I was insisting on unconventional methods of repayment such as a check or wire transfer in the amount owed me. I’m still waiting on full repayment for breach of contract. They bill as Techture and Codex Labs and have a physical address in NYC which is actually a virtual mailbox, not an office. In addition, I had previously contracted for a Wikipedia page which never materialized and I was not refunded for that either. The representative who contacted me through LinkedIn has since deleted her profile and all conversation history. This company is a scam. I would rate it 0 stars but I had to give at least one star to post the review.

Ugh so embarassed. I am always the one telling my parents to be careful with scammers and here I was preyed upon as I complete my childhood dream to write a book! Just wow. I work in communications and politics and three of my professional editor friends were consumed with work and couldn't edit my manuscript so I was vulnerable to a scammer like this that said, "we will format it for you, etc. etc." they offer packages etc. some up to $8,500 and thank God my Bank rejected any and all charges from CodeEx.Lab. They have several shell businesses. So sad. People want to pursue their dreams and they are being preyed upon at the same time.

Elite Wiki Writers is a scam. They are not in NY, like their website address says. The address in Wall St, one of the highest real estate, maps to a Starbucks. The staff have fake linkedin profiles are probably none are in the US. You will realize from their accents when you talk to anyone live. First they do a lousy job with the writing and grammar. 2nd if you do not qualify for a page because you dont have enough news articles, they would not tell you that and try to make you a page anyway. 3rd they will come up with ways to upsell you and charge more money, kind of like an extortion. They will tell you they need more money to publish page, so you have no choice and finally when you pay, your page will get declined anyway.

This company is a scam. My credit card got alerted for Fraud when I tried to pay them. The charge was from CodeXLab, who they claimed was their "merchant." Another thing that threw me off was that there was no description of services, Statement of Work, or contract attached to the invoice which was a red flag.

My sales rep was using a fake profile on LinkedIn that said she was based in Wisconsin. It had no picture. When I asked to speak with her live, she had a strong accent and was clearly calling from another country, not from Wisconsin. Then she put her manager on the phone who also had a strong heavy accent, even thought the picture and profile was based in New York.

I cancelled the transaction immediately. After combing through several fake reviews on this site (the Wiki pages of the reviewers doesn't exist), there are lots of reviews verifying my suspicion that this is a scam. Do your homework and don't use them.
