Kris and Brooke visited my property to replace a faulty main water pipe and although they had setbacks that were out of their control they managed to fix the problem to a very high standard and they were polite, courteous and helpful throughout the process and all groundwork’s were put back to its original condition. Would highly recommend

Kris and Josh came promptly, carried out the work with great efficiency and were very polite. We have a printed driveway and they took great care to put the print back in - which was very impressive. I would highly recommend the service that they have provided.

Excellent service. Josh & Luke called out to fix a leaking pipe on behalf of my mum. What was supposed to be an easy job turned into trench digging to get to the offending pipe. Both Josh & Luke worked extremely hard that day & even made good the garden by relaying the grass they had to dig up to get through. Mum was so pleased with everything & thought they were both very nice & polite. A credit to the company! Thank you both for making it less stressful for mum

Excellent job completed by Josh, Kyle and Luke to replace a mains water pipe that had burst and left us without water for 4 days. They were friendly, efficient, kept us updated throughout on progress and tidied up thoroughly after they had finished. I would highly recommend them.

Can’t fault their work, they pinpointed where the leaky pipe was and acted straight away, was getting regular updates from Josh and Luke on what they where doing. would highly recommend using elite utility service

Adam and Ollie came today to undertake work replacing a leaking water pipe in our front garden. They were brilliant: helpful, professional, informative, meticulous, friendly - and they cleared up really well!

Josh & Adam turned up and were very professional, polite and efficient. The water pipe was difficult to find but they didn’t give up and persevered until they found it. It was an extremely hot afternoon and they got the job done and cleaned up better than it was beforehand. A huge thank you to them for also interacting with my little one who was trying to make sure they were doing it right! :) Would high recommend 11 out 10.

Adam, Brooke and Oliver turned up on time, were polite, efficient and tidied up after they had finished the job. I think they had a little extra help though (or a distraction) as my furry feline took a shine to them and kept wanting plenty of tummy rubs whilst they were trying to get on with fixing my water mains leak

Adam; Josh & Luke turned up to locate the leak and replace the section of supply pipe somewhere under the garage floor. A great team that worked exceedingly well together and completed the task and tidied everything up before lunch time, Definitely a 12 out of 10!

Kris and Brooke, turned up at my property to locate and fix a mains water leak. They both of them were friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and got on with the job. When finished my brickweave drive although they dug two holes once finished and reinstated you would not know they had been. Thank you both, top marks.

Kris and Brooke visited our house to install water pipe following a leak. They worked for 6 hours in the hot sunshine. Three deep holes needed to be dug in these conditions. They were efficient, friendly and hard working. They caused a minimum of disruption and tidied up as they finished. Very impressed.

Management were polite and advisory. The site crew - Sam, Adam and Ollie were fantastic and worked like Trojan's on my new mains water pipe which was not the easiest. I have not seen guys working this hard for so long for a great many years and I appreciated it enormously. Great job lads. They said it would take a day and it did. EUS is well named. I recommend this company.
