From start to finish Michael and Braeden were fantastic, very helpful and answered all my questions with no hesitation. The one thing that stood out for me was they answered all my phone calls and was always happy to help no matter what the question was, for me this was amazing communication and went a long way in supporting me, rather than emails back and forth. Again great communication with keeping me updated on the progress. Supported me with the paperwork to which I was offered to the office so they could explain face to face. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly highly recommend amazing service amazing communication very friendly will definitely be using elite law solicitors again.

One of the worst firm for Conveyancing that I have encountered! Even though they are not like gimmick app-based outfits but they ranked bottom of the pile! Absolutely clueless and embarrassingly slow "lawyer" that never instinctively follow-up with other side to the point of missing very crucial deadlines
Clueless in:
- completing Legal Charge (bread & butter of a conveyancer!) that protects client not other-side!!!
- ensuring an error-free Title Deed
I will advice you to run away from this firm!

Very slow, inefficient and inaccurate communication. Our solicitor had sent us someone else's mortgage offer disclosing their full address and mortgage details ( breach of confidentiality). There were too many people involved in our purchase which delayed the whole process. We were very disappointed with the solicitor at Elite Law who was allocated to us by Strive Law.

Maxine and Erin were superb in handling our house buying/selling saga. Always at the end of the phone and pleasant to talk to. Very quick to respond to emails. Would thoroughly recommend.

We used Elite Law Solicitors as we have done before. Jenny was our conveyancing lady at their Hitchin office ,extremely knowledgeable, efficient and kindly professional. Always replied to emails very quickly.

We needed a fast turnaround and this was delivered without compromising on expertise and the level of service. Had a really pleasant experience with this firm. James Farmer who was acting on my behalf really made the process easy. Finally a solicitor who prides himself in his work and pays attention to detail. Really smooth process. Kept in the loop at all times and I cant thank James enough for his hard work!

Really disappointed

They are not “elite”. They make false promises and have caused delays in my house sale! Do not use.

Emma completely took the stress out of the conveyancing process. I’ve moved many times but never had a solicitor as efficient and reliable. Emma was on top of things from start to finish, updating me regularly and calling when she said she would. I was often able to keep my buyers updated on the chain when their own solicitor wasn’t keeping them informed or returning their calls. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Emma again and would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Really poor experience with this law company who are anything but Elite. Delayed exchange of contracts by a week although they had everything ready and promised each day that it would be done the next. Estate agent at top of chain said that Elite are very slow with another property purchase they are dealing with. Advise avoid

Very communicative, and thorough in the different tasks that needed to be done and guiding me through the process as a first time buyer.

Always available to talk to when needed, replies to emails very quickly and is always available on the phone, they were one of the cheapest quotes I got and I certainly haven’t regretted instructing them. We worked with Hanah (Fareham office) from Elite Law for the conveyancing process on both selling and buying a house. She was highly responsive and professional and did her utmost to push the contracts through to exchange and completion at the end.

This solicitor was a recommended solicitor by The developer that wanted me to use. Although Guy was very helpful to begin with, but just be aware to have your mortgage product offer before instructing them, In case your mortgage lender does not have them in the lenders panel. I had to switch lender, and unfortunately elite law were not in their panel, so I have to change solicitor. But because it’s in their small print they will make you pay the Abortive fee which is more than what you would pay if you were to go through with them. You would think they want to keep you as future client, and out of Goodwill just charge you the searches fee But they do not care at all. And make sure you ask for all the help before you close the case, as they are not going to help you if you need anything else later.
Basically make sure you have your mortgage offer before instructing them Otherwise, you lose out big time! Ive lost about £5k due to this unfortunate situation.
