My partner and I loved working with Matt and Danni. They created plans that meant we could train together but also tailored them to our individual goals. We learnt lots that has enabled us to maintain our goals and progress after our programme finished.

I have been with Dani since April. She has helped me gain confidence in myself and the gym. I’m seeing results which I am loving and feel so much happier and healthier. Dani has helped me physically and mentally over these months and I am very greatful. She is so helpful and always goes the extra mile! Thankyou :) xx

I've done a few programmes with Dani and Matt and I absolutely love them. To top it off Dani and Matt are so helpful and motivating. Life threw some curveballs at me but they tailored my plan and supported me along the way. I have achieved some fantasic results and I am feeling more confident within the gym and how I look/feel.

Wow I’m so impressed with my results in the 6 weeks summer shred. I never thought I would be able to do something like this but Matt and Dani made me believe in myself. I had “will power” that I never knew existed in me.
Nothing is ever too much trouble when it comes to support and advice from these two they are absolutely amazing and I would definitely do the program again if needed.
If you’re ever needing that little push to do something for yourself but you’re just not sure, I definitely recommend elite coaching 110% your guaranteed to get results. Thank you Elite C it’s been a great journey ! 5 STARS !

Couldn’t recommended elite coaching more , Matt and Dani are very helpful and work your plan around anything you might see as a problem , The plan they give you is very sustainable and teaches you that you can still eat the things you enjoy it’s just a matter of planning and being clever with your calories along with hitting your protein goals. I made them aware of a half marathon I am doing in October and they also made me a plan for that , both very nice and helpful will definitely be using them again when I’m back from holiday.

After having the pleasure of winning a competition from elite coaching I would thoroughly recommend them.
I’m so happy with my results, and weight iv loss over the last 6 weeks, I will for sure continue to do everything I have learnt from them both.
They answered any questions I had, taught me a lot about proteins and I feel like I’m going to be able to stick with my achieve weight so thank you both so much 😀

There are no words to explain what elite coaching have done for me! They’re undoubtably the best of the best! I’m a busy mum of two young children who works shifts and elite coaching were realistic, understandable, taught me to listen to my body, create healthy habits and how to factor a sustainable healthy lifestyle into a busy life, as a busy mum of two not only am I a whole stone lighter than I was at my wedding nearly 8 years ago but I have gained more definition, more knowledge and a healthier more sustainable lifestyle that fits around my family life. If I could give more then 5*’s I would! They are always on hand to answer any questions, they hold you accountable yet give you flexibility when you need it and help make mindful choices when eating out etc to maintain your goals! Thank you for all your hard work!

Genuinely couldn’t recommend Elite Coaching enough, Matt and Dani have been so fab at supporting me for the past 5 months and I don’t intend on stopping soon! They’ve helped me to overcome so many challenges and build my confidence, technique and passion, all whilst losing weight, building muscle and generally being much healthier. The energy I have on a daily basis is so much more. Really can’t thank these guys enough!

Two amazing coaches! I have been on two Elite Coaching plans and both I have been so happy with my results. I am 5 weeks in to my current 6 week summer shred and again, I am so happy with my results so far!
Matt & Dani have been super supportive throughout, they are always checking in, they have answered any questions I have had, they have also been super supportive of milestones etc.
The feedback they provide is second to none, I always read it with a smile on my face and a sense of accomplishment!
I really wouldn't recommend anyone else, they cater to everyone & anyone!

Matt & Dani have been brilliant, for a beginner in the weight section of the gym I have gained so much confidence and learned new exercises, I would recommend the summer shred programme to everyone!

Matt & Dani are absolute top tier coaches. I’ve been doing online coaching with them since Jan 1st, I’m around 2.5 stone down; my body shape has changed and I’m so much stronger. They’ve written me awesome training programs, are on hand to answer any questions I have and are just super supportive.
They’re able to adjust things such as my training program or my calories if it’s needed and their feedback is always informative and helpful.

I contacted Matt back in January as I was looking at getting back Into the gym, he was friendly and helpful straight from the off, with a quick WhatsApp message we soon sorted one to one sessions. We have been making great progress, Im a busy Dad, I was out of shape and felt rubbish after Christmas, having the one to one sessions for me are really good as there’s no cheating and Matt really helps push you along and reach your goals, I feel much better in myself and even look good in a vest (his words), the training is going well even though I’ve had an injury Matt has changed up the routine so we still get it done and have a good chat and a laugh. Highly recommend you get in touch if you need a little help getting back on track or even just starting up 💪🏼👍🏼
