I thought the plugin wasn't working and asked for a refund. They immediately contacted me to help with a screenshare and it was my fault in the settings that led to it not working. Fixed the problem in 15 minutes and was very helpful. This will save me a lot of money on bad addresses.

I liked the idea of being able to print shipping labels directly from my wordpress site and decided to give the elextensions USPS plugin a try. At first I had some issues with setting it up and ran into an error but the customer service team was able to set up a video call and helped me resolve that issue in no time. So far the plugin's working nicely as expected. The team is very friendly and prompt. I very much recommend these guys.
