Super helpful and quick to reply to messages. Chris has repaired my PS5 and two PS5 controllers for me, and almost always done the same day. Would happily recommend

A complicated fault on my laptop showing itself as a battery charging symptom. Chris sorted it fully, quickly and at a very acceptable price. I'll use his services again without hessitation.

Ordered a custom PS5 controller.

GuliKit TMR sticks, retro tricolour PS button, vibration motors removed and a 6000mAh battery installed. Chris was super helpful on the build and a delight to deal with. Only took 2 days to deliver and it's awesome. Sticks are super responsive and accurate and the battery life is around 25hrs!

100% recommended and I'll be sending my old pads in for upgrades. 5 🌟!!

Got my ps4 controller upgraded with hall effect analogue sticks. It was stick drift on right stick but this seems all good now. Hopefully it lasts for years to come

Couldn't be happier with the service I had from Chris. 2 consoles needed a thorough clean and they came back perfect and in full working order. Will definitely use again. Thank you, Chris!

I had a fault on the HDMI port on my PS5, I did disassemble and take a look, but you need advanced tools (and skills) to replace the port and capacitor where the connections are incredibly small.

I dropped the Playstation off for repair at 6pm and had a message the next morning to say it was all done and working.

Really great service - thanks Chris.

A brilliant, economical service from Chris. Repaired our broken co-ax port in about 3 hours, including having to source the spare part. Very highly recommended.

From start to finish, Chris instilled confidence and true to his word fixed the fault, upgraded the hard drive and gave the Laptop a thorough going over. I could not be better served by this true wizard of the tech world we now inhabit. Quick, efficient, reliable and trustworthy, Chris is going to be my first port of call for further tech glitches I could never begin to understand.

Phenomenal service from Chris, the switch has been returned to me in a much better state than it was given.

Temps are lower, the chip itself is silent (this wasn't the case with a previous modded switch I owned)

Running absolutely perfect, very quick turnaround.

I'm thoroughly impressed and I'd highly recommend Chris' skills and professionalism for any of your IT needs.

Thank you so much!

This is the third time I've used Chris at Elevation IT, and once again, the service was spot on. Most recently, he fixed some Robohead lights for me—quick, efficient, and done to a high standard. Chris is always professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

After suffering from repeated drift issues with my PS5 controllers I decided on getting Elevation IT to upgrade two of my controllers to Hall effect sensors. The upgrade was completed super quick and both controllers were working straight out of the box. Great service from Chris on the upgrade. Cheers!

I sent a PS5 controller to Chris that was presenting problems with "drift", so paid for the Hall Effect sensor upgrade.
It came to light that it wasn't just the OE potentiometers that had worn out, so Chris went ahead and changed the retaining rings and sticks too.
The improvement is excellent.
Furthermore, communication was clear and thorough. Chris even took the time out to call and discuss what was needed.
It is clear to me that Chris is diligent and keen to offer a service that meets, or in my own case exceeds, expectations.
I am delighted to recommend his services.

Came to Chris to repair the screen on my nintendo switch, had it back and ready in perfect order the next day. Communication was easy, couldn't recommend him more

Chris fixed x10 of our PS5 controllers that had developed drift. Whole job one in 3days. Amazing friendly service. Time will tell how the upgraded hall sensors will hold up, but they can't be worse than Sonys terrible design choices this time around.

My son's Xbox Series S needed an HDMI port replacement. I asked around and got a few quotes. Chris was local to me and also the most competitive. I dropped it off the following morning and it was ready for me to collect the same day, with good communication from Chris.

From start to finish i received excellent service. I dropped my Xbox series X off for a HDMI port repair with Chris. Chris came across professional and well mannered from the get go. Between leaving my xbox at midday and collecting at 5.30pm (THE SAME DAY!) I was constantly updated with the progress of work being done.
Cant recommend Elevationit enough.
Fantastic prices for professional work.
Many thanks.

Excellent work. Chris replaced the keyboard on my laptop. Great communication through out. Excellent pricing.

Great communication, impeccable service, great turn around, and a true professional.

Great communication and fair price. Turned around 3 xbox controller repairs same day. Highly recommend.
