We had a fantastic stay in this chalet in Morzine and would return without hesitation.
The location was excellent, and enjoying the evening sun on the terrace was such a treat after a day in the mountains. The chalet itself was absolutely top-notch: spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay.
What we especially appreciated was how well the chalet worked for a larger group. We were 6 adults and 6 children, and it never felt cramped. Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus and made everything so much easier and more comfortable for everyone.
Communication with the people at ElevationAlps was also excellent from start to finish. Booking was smooth, and whenever we had extra questions, we always received a quick, helpful and accurate reply.
A wonderful place for both families and groups of friends. Highly recommended.

We stayed one week in the Nimbus Chalet in Morzine a great experience. The falt is fantastic and well equipped. Excellent service provided by Elevation Alps.

We recently stayed at Snowstar lodge, there was 11 of us staying and it was amazing. The service level from Elevation Alps and their team was incredible. They offered many additional extras, such as chefs or contactless catering which is very useful. Snowstar lodge is a beautiful chalet with great access to Super Morzine lift and the Pleney

Accommodation, location and especially communication were all excellent. Access and leaving was easy, and we appreciated the extras we were offered (such as ski pass already in the apartment when we arrived.) I would gladly use Elevation Alps again

13 of us stayed in Chalet Fraser in Morzine with Elevation Alps and we had a brilliant time. The chalet was excellent and the ‘contactless catering’ option worked really well.

Chic Chalet in Morzine. Find on Airbnb. Brilliant penthouse sleeps 10. 5 star accommodation. Near to ski lifts,shops and bars. Highly recommended.

Altaka 4 is very well located a few minutes walk from the centre of Morzine. We stayed for 4 nights with some friends and found the chalet very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room area is perfect for entertaining. The views are stunning from all sides of the apartment. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are very nice. Bed very comfortable, great shower, loads of cupboard and hanging space. Overall really impressed with this chalet and would highly recommend to families and groups of friends looking for a premium experience.

Wonderful, warm, spotless, spacious modern and beautiful chalet. Checking in and out was effortless. We enjoyed the log fire and huge kitchen where we could all be lending a hand without getting in each other’s way. The balcony was huge and overlooks the slopes.. a handy area to play in the snow with kids. We were even able to walk up to the piste in the morning to ski down to the Pleney lift. On the way home we could ski to within 20m of the front door. The walk into town and nightlife was about 10 mins.. so easy. We absolutely loved this chalet and will be back!

Great stay at Chalet Nimbus with Elevation Alps. Excellent service and communication and very helpful with some major issues at Geneva Airport causing us to be very late and a medical emergency on the last day. Highly recommend the beer and wine delivery service...what a joy to have a cold beer after a very long day travelling. Also lovely welcome pack with milk for a cuppa.
The chalet was really well equipped with everything you need and loads of plates & cutlery and cooking essentials.
We had 8 people but there is room for 10+ . Everything was spotless and the hot tub was great to spend time after a hard day's skiing.
It is about a 5 to 8mins walk to either the Plenny or Super Morzine lifts. We took a bit longer as we are older folks! Great service having passes delivered on arrival and they offer a discount on them too.
Would also be an amazing chalet in the Summer as the views were stunning with loads of outside seating . Morzine is a gorgeous place to ski with such a pretty village. Thank you we will be back.

Chalet Le Carlina (Cissac). Ski holiday New Year 2024/5.

Firstly the v good/excellent: Fabulous location next to the Pleney lift. Warm, clean and well equipped modern apartment. Very good communication from Elevation Alps (although we didn't have a good experience with their recommended ski hire partner - but that's not on them).

However one issue is the bunk room. Apartment advertised as 3 room / 6 person, two doubles/twins and a bunk room. The bunk room is a v small, windowless room with a bunk-bed for two. We knew this before we arrived.

In reality though the bunk room is unihabitable - airless and stiflingly hot at night, whatever the apartment temperature is set at. Our son had to sleep on the sofa the whole week.

The bunk room should be used as an extra closet/storage and the apartment rented as a two room/4 person. EA have other apartments in this block, so beware of similar layouts.

Bunk room issue aside, this would have been a 5 star stay and experience with EA.

Just back from a fantastic 17 nights in Morzine staying at an Elevation Alps apartment - Cosmiques. Elevation Alps were great from start to finish, from contacting us beforehand to provide all of the information we needed on arrival, to showing us around the spotless apartment and how to use the hot tub, mid stay cleaning and then getting in touch just before we left. The apartment was very central, which was exactly what we wanted, but still felt quiet, private and like we had our own space. We would love to book with Elevation Alps again and would thoroughly recommend apartment Cosmiques!!

All was not as it seemed!!!
This well-organised company cheerfully let us an apartment in Morzine overlooking not one but two building sites, which also happened to be above a bar - none of which were mentioned on the website nor when we booked. (For clarity, the building projects were firstly an *extensive renovation* of Le Tremplin hotel due to continue into 2025 which involves large cranes and structural work and a smaller renovation of a bike hire shop opposite which included work during evening hours. The combined effect of the various building works and the bar below was that our balcony, covered in dust, did not get much use. To be fair, the bar/kitchen was run by pleasant people and we enjoyed a drink and meal there one evening. But contrast this situation with the impression given that “the generous balcony has views down the valley and is the perfect spot to watch the evening sunsets”.
It’s also important to know that the navettes (local bus services) mentioned when booking are seasonal, as we found that they were not running in mid-June and so we did not have access to a means of transport to get away from the extensive development underway in this busy town. The French pre-alps are lovely – as we were able to discover by booking alternative accommodation - a hotel out of town – and organising last-minute car hire- but I would not return to this accommodation.

What a great company!! We will definitely be booking with Elevation Alps again. We stayed for a week in Morzine and there was great communication before our trip, helping us decide which chalet would best suit our needs. The team always replied super quickly to any questions we had and were very friendly. A cot was in the chalet when we arrived as was a baby gate and high chair, all at no extra cost. They arranged our lift passes which were ready and waiting for us in the chalet. Our chalet was ready early for us and we were greeted by a host who helped us with things such as recommendations for restaurants etc and showed us around and how everything worked. We also had a welcome pack with things such as cleaning products, bin liners, dishwasher tablets, red and white wine, milk, tea and coffee etc. The chalet was immaculate and was just as the pictures showed - if not better!! It was equipped with everything we could possibly need (Chalet Loup’ka). We rang Elevation Alps one evening at 8pm as our hot water had gone off. They were round within 10 minutes to fix it and even left us a bottle of fizz the next day to apologise. Totally not expected but such a lovely touch.

We could not fault this company and would not hesitate to book with them again! Everything was seamless, friendly and professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Brilliant week in Morzine. Elevation alps provided lots of help, great comms, catering 1st night, transfer recommendations etc. Mid week clean high standard.
Accommodation exceeded expectations and was very accurately presented including a plan of rooms. 5star apartment Loupka very stylish and well equipped. We were 8 adults and had plenty of space. Bathrooms excellent with great showers.
Elevation alps were so helpful and we thoroughly recommend them as a company. Would 100% use them again.

Just had a week in Morzine in an Elevation Alps chalet Le Hibou. I can’t recommend this company enough. The whole process from booking to arrival was very smooth. Although we didn’t use the concierge services they did help us out tremendously when we couldn’t get a midweek taxi down the mountain for a minor emergency. You will not be disappointed with this company. Apartment was clean and had all the equipment you could wish for. Thanks everyone, will be back!!
