Broken pieces

I've never heard of this company, but after finding a fantastic price for some counter stools I was looking for and checking out online reviews, I decided to try them out. So happy I did...shipping was super fast, great tracking and shipping updates, and the items arrived exactly as pictured and in great condition. On top of the best price I found anywhere. If I knew that the sun would eventually do damage to my product? I probably would have picket another option. I'll build a little shed around it, too keep the sun out. But other than that I think I'll be very happy with my purchase.

The chairs were delivered on-time. Insulation instructions were accurate. No miss marked pieces. About 1 hour for the first chair. 2nd much easier.
We bought these chairs to match 2 broken chairs. Thinking of replacing the 4 other chairs with these as they look great and very sturdy.

The company is fine & kept me well informed during the shipping process. The customer service was excellent. However, the product (shopping cart)was not. The front wheels would sometimes fail to rotate in unison, making it impossible to roll forward. This would happen especially when turning. I would have to turn the wheels manually and adjust them. Also, the cart would not fold up all of the way until many attempts, again because the rotating wheels would not line up. The cart was to be used by a person of advanced age.

I ordered a treadmill on a Saturday, it was delivered on the next Tuesday by a very pleasant, helpful driver, who brought it into the house for me. Easy to set up, and works great, just what I needed. It's too soon to know how long it'll last, but is well built, so I have no worries.

You sent a pink car to a little boy that was ordered as red. I had to go ahead and give to him because I did not have time to reorder before his birthday.

The delivery method needs to be worked on. That particular week there was a hugh cold from moving across the country. So my package was shipped thru multiple states and this rhe timeline changed daily. This might have been part of the problem.

The service was fine. What I dislike about it is the fake flames that are WAY too high and they look as fake as they truly are. Flames shouldn't be the whole height of the back of the fireplace. It looks like flames from a house or forest fire. There should be a way to lower the height to make it look more normal. Other than that, I was going to send it back, but figured the return would be too expensive.

I received the product and my husband puts together but it's not working. I don't know what to do with it. Please contact us we need your help.

I purchased the desk and after receiving it I realized it was not going to fit into the designated space in my new home. I had correspondence with the company, they sent a form to attach to the box and a pick up was arranged. The box was in perfect shape --never opened. About 10 days later I received the item back, this time with a damaged box that I did not have anything to do with. I will never work with this company again.
