Hayden reset my password and double-checked my account for anything suspicious without making me feel like I was overreacting.

I continued to use this site for a year despite the high cost. Had several sustained contacts with women who were mostly overseas. Recently, I developed a very strong bond with a woman in the US and was moving toward meeting when last night, having just bought 800 more credits, I was told I was permanently banned and not allowed to re-apply. I have no idea why. No explanation. Can't even get access to the site to follow up. Wrote to my "personal manager" but no response.

After several more days I heard from my personal manager that the mistake had been corrected and I could get back on the site. However, no explanation about what had happened.

Burned through my starter credits just exploring the interface, nothing left for an actual conversation.

First one deceived me into thinking she was Italian then after some considerable time found our she was Ukrainian waiting for a green card to live in Italy. Why didn't she tell me from the start? The second after me spending some €3000 (more than two months worth of my meagre pension) and reaching the 5000 credit point to get contact information said she didn't want to meet as wanted to learn English better get a good job in the UK and look after her mother. Why didn't she tell me this from day one and why is she on this site if she doesn't want to meet anyone. The customer service is rubbish and fobs you off with meaningless answers. To make things worse, it appears as if the women don't have to pay whereas the men have to pay for every word. I wish I had read the reviews first, it would have saved me €3000 as would never have joined. Stay away from this site..

Har flere gange påpeget at der foregår noget som ikke er rigtigt, har i lang tid skrevet med en kvinde på en anden dating, denne samme person boede i et europæisk land, på denne side her bor hun i usa, så det er plat og svindel, de svare ikke på supporten 😉 så dobbelt tjek er en super god ting , ligeledes sendes der breve med svar på meget kort få minutter faktisk på noget der ikke er blevet spurgt om

Total scam! The profiles are fake. Not everyone on the site should look like models. Totally fake. The amount you need to spend would be several thousand dollars before you could actually speak to someone in person. Youre better off flying to europe, spending a month there in a nice hotel, and meeti g someone in person for the same prive as it would take you to actually even speak to someone in person on this sote. Messages are blocked. The terms and conditions state you can receive a refund with no explanation, but they then ask for an explanation and screenshots and proof of a reason why youre unsatisfied. Even when provided they will not refund money. Dont waste money. Site is a money grabbing scam.

Vil gerne vide hvorfor Elena Date support/help ikke svarer paa mine henvendelser jeg har skrevet til dem. Hele sagen drejer sig om en fake kvinde ved navn Anna23 San Diego. Har brugt 6000-8000 kreditter paa denne formentlige AI kvinde. Jeg oensker en refund af de penge jeg har brugt på Anna23 San Diego. Har skrevet at de 600€ skal tilbage til min bank konto. De sidste 6000 kreditter kan indsaettes som chat gems. I maa da have en eller form for garanti til jeres kunder. Oensker at hoere fra jer snarest.

They took care of me and my needs without any delay, the company is always there to help me out with my needs. Not once have I been rejected for fixing my problems.

Got a response to my question very quickly and was directed to where on a page to find current status.

this site is complete hoax ..don't give them your money.. fake profiles, fake women! they will say anything to keep you on the site, but it's a scam. all chats are payed and women take commission.. if you want someones info contact you need to spend 5000 credits around 2000$ and then you get excuses!! trust no one on this site, don't share your real pictures they are used with 3rd party and selling your data. I hope this will help many people to save the money!!

They were willing to take action and make some steps towards the real meeting. Since Elena date women are paid by the site, they block all your efforts to set up a real date. Their lack of cooperation is tremendous, no matter how hard you try to please them. I was truly disappointed with Elena Date and I left it with broken hopes. So now I'm driven to spill the beans on their business model and methods of work. I want to warn every man about it so that you guys don't lose your money like I did.
