I reached out by email several times and left numerous phone messages. Now I just want my money back.
Their return policy is awful in practice. I submitted a return request the day after I received them since they did not have the inherent tinnitus feature they claimed. And dropped them off at the post office the day after I received the prepaid label. This was a month ago, and after them rescheduling the delivery of the return and stringing me along in customer service I still have no refund nor commitment to get a refund.
I bought some Elehear aids, and needed some advice on settings.
I emailed them.
No reply.
Deal with this company at your own risk?!
Paid for hearing aids on Dec 3, got an email from them with a tracking number on Dec 3. Today is Dec 16 according to the USPS they have not received them from Elehear. Called 2 times straight to voicemail, no reply. Wrote 4 emails got a reply on Dec 14 saying the USPS is busier at this time of the year. Just wait. I would cancel these but can't talk to no one. And they say "Customer satisfaction is our priority".
After receiving acknowledgement of my order, two weeks later, I still have not received a delivery window. With a vacation coming up. I have tried chat requests (there is NEVER anyone to chat with), email, and more than a dozen phone calls, again NEVER anyone actually picking up the phone, without being able to determine when, or even whether my order will ship. I have been diligent in leaving order number, phone and email information on the numerous voicemail messages I have left, but without a single response from Elehear. I cannot determine if my shipment will arrive before my upcoming vacation, and it is frustrating to not be able to reach a human being, despite their claims of 'American English-speaking' support. I am extremely dissatisfied at their lack of response/support.
We ordered and paid for the Elehear Beyond hearing aids from their website. They advertise translation features, tinnitus canceling, and other notable features.
The model we recieved can't do any of those things. They claim that model advertised is not yet available. Yet it's the one that Adds to Cart.
Their website boasts they accept returns for 45 days but they do not.
We have tried 3 times and they refuse to provide the Return form they require to process the return.
So the Return offer is a joke.
Find somewhere else. Can't believe these guys.
