This is my 4th review of this site the first was very positive. I had almost 1 million spins at this casino and over 140 crypto transactions. I was a high rated VIP until last Sept when I had 3 pending cash out which I still owed $800. The reason for this post is to share an email I received from their customer support. Susprise customer support is Alex who is mentioned in most posts regarding this site. The email
they sent me laid out how I could receive 50% of what I was owed. To be honest at this point I was happy with $400 it beats a blank. Well I followed the instructions of their email. But apparently that was just someone getting there jollies and teasing me because my $400 is still sitting in my account says confirmed but I spoke to Iris tonight and she said my account was still under verification. I will attach the emails as proof and everyone make your decisions based on what you see and read in their own words. Again they lie and now playing games oh here’syour money if u do xyz then don’t follow thur. Those are serious games to play with people’s money.
