La Manga Golf trip
This is the 2nd holiday we have booked through Elegant golf resorts. They were able to beat the price I had worked up and also sorted all the buggies and private transfer within the same price.
It was all done very smoothly and everything met our expectations. I will be using them again in the future.

5* Golf in Algarve
My son, John, and I had a great holiday.
Flights good
Transfers good (just slight delay on arrival whilst they changed driver)
Hotel & room excellent
Golf courses (3) excellent
We arranged our own restaurants which were all good or better.
Weather perfect!
All in all a lovely trip.
Thanks for your assistance in making all the arrangements. Look forward to next year.

Spring golf trip
We had a lovely time, good weather, excellent organisation throughout. Those of us who have been before weren’t disappointed & those who hadn’t were very happy. Matrix, the airport/golf transport company were brilliant too. All in all we were very pleased and would definitely do it again using the same company & venue.

Los Alcazares Golf Trip
Have dealt with Elegant a number of times and have always found the process of arranging a golf based trip so easy. Discussed regions/hotels/golf courses/local transport/flights and found Kieran very knowledgeable & helpful. Appropriate costings & itinerary provided along with digital travel documentation received in ample time prior to departure. Will continue to use Elegant for my trips.

Very impressed with the company
Very impressed with the company and how you dealt with the booking all paperwork arrived early and all transfers on time not keen with the hotels all inclusive policy but we had fun and that's the main thing. Also a nice touch was the message from your company wishing us a good holiday which was in the hotel room Denise Duce

Didn't seem to want my money despite my best efforts!
Tried for a week to book a trip through this company. Nobody responded to my enquiry so I had to chase. Was sent a quotation for one resort that I was happy to book, but again, the agent took so long to come back to me that the hotel were no longer willing to honour the price. A additional option was given and the agent told me he would send through more, which I never received and never got a response to my email follow up. I was prepared to give them my money but they didn't seem to want it, and the service was just terrible. Surely some commission is better than none?! I booked through a competitor and got a good deal arranged straight away. Bizarre.

Good afternoon Martha,
Firstly, we would like to thank you for your review, and wish to assure you that we welcome all feedback, both positive and negative.
We will never shy away from comments, where customers have been disappointed, so thank you again for feeding back.
Unfortunately, the agent originally looking after you, is now out of the business for a period of time, and it is clear that we fell short in picking up your request, for which we sincerely apologise.
However, we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with our usual outstanding service, should you give us the opportunity in the future.
We have 873 reviews, of which only 2 are 1 star.
One. of course, is your own and the other is feedback on a hotel closure, of which we had no prior knowledge, so it is very upsetting to hear of your experience with us.
I hope that our reputation, will give you the confidence to give us another try, in the future.
Thank you again
Kind regards

The golf break from start to finish was seamless from the time we arrived at Bournemouth airport to landing back home after a fantastic week. Great 27 holes a with a wonderful clubhouse and hotel . A sea view from everywhere.
It is probably a buggy for most people and the clubhouse closes early however Lagos is only a very cheap Uber away or a 45 minute walk along the boardwalk .

Excellent personalised planning from Elegant Golf Resorts
Excellent personalised planning from Elegant Golf Resorts - based on our own needs and their own experiences tailored the perfect holiday for us at the Heritage Telfair. The hotel, staff, concierge and all within suited us perfectly and was faultless. Golf was superb ‘Le Chateau’ course beautiful and excellent for varying abilities. ‘La Reserve’ course not for the faint hearted but worth a visit as the views are spectacular. Swimming was the one downside for us as the pools in our opinion were far too warm and the west coast of Mauritius whilst stunning is tidal featuring shallow lagoons - for this reason we may try the east coast next time but overall would definitely recommend.

Recommendation from a friend prompted…
Recommendation from a friend prompted us to contact the company, and from the beginning we were very impressed by the prompt, efficient and friendly service.
We had to postpone our booking for a year, due to ill health, but everything was handled with ease.
We have just returned from two glorious weeks in the sun, during which we played some indifferent golf on wonderful courses, but happy to return to our hotel with their outstanding staff.
We are now considering where to go next February with Elegant Golf Resorts.

Once again Glen and his team hit the back of the net. Catherine made sure everything was sent to us, including boarding passes (nice suprise). The Amavi hotel was first class. Excellent food, service and the room was amazing.
Despite the inclement weather we managed to play some golf and everything was in place for us at the all the courses. A1 👍
