totally poor service, untrusted site

I have ordered the product 1 week before, till now they are not shipped the items nor cancelling the order. Saying order already shipped, while tracking vendor updated shipment not received from client.

Ordered a TV remote control on 21 aug 25 and still did not receive it, stating they have technical issues with ship rocket. Fully fraud company. Avoid using it to all other people

I ordered 30A solar charge controller but received 10A, made the proper unboxing video which was latter submitted to customer service for complaint. They informed me a replacement will be sent as they don't give refund in every complaint. Replacement will be sent only when they first receive the wrong product back so accordingly the product was sent back which they received on 25/July but till date i.e 8/ Aug there is no info on replacement whenever I contact customer service either on WhatsApp or through call first they don't respond but when I kept calling they say " Aaj shaam ko replacement ship hoga " do din ke baad ship hoga " Khali Saturday ko replacement ship hota hai " MY SUGGESTION IS IF YOU WANT TO BUY FIRST GO FOR COD BUT IF YOU RECEIVE WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY YOU'R IN FOR A VERY BUMPY RIDE. FORGET THE REPLACEMENT YOU WONT GET THE REFUND. Best to avoid such sellers either order from Amazon or Flipkart or go for the local vendor.

Do not order, my order number 180462 was ordered on 8th jul. No shipment was offered and during conversation with customer care number the response was that "we are facing delays due to technical issues with shiprocket". Finally decided to cancel the order as I suspected something was amiss. And still waiting for refund.

My order no is 180191. After ordering they never shipped thr product, when I enquired, they said they have technical issue with delivery partner. So I cancelled it but no refund. If I contact their customer service number, they never answer the phone. When I write, they never respond. Never buy from this site. They are totally fraud and scam. After taking money from you they never cared who you are.

They have got an extensive collection mostly at reasonable price. But their customer support is very lackluster (i.e. won't respond to queries, forget things like initiating refunds, and then again forget about initiating refunds and then lie about it, replacements, often won't pick calls). Nonetheless makers in india should check them out once.

In my case after several back and forth on multiple occasions for different concerns, they have proven that they will pretend that "they are sorry and are ready to help you to fix the situation" but that's it, they are ready to pretend and not actually act. Once, in an order, an item was missing (ordered 2x but got 1x instead) and I foolishly decided to not record the unboxing this time around (don't do this guys, record every package you get, no big corp pvt ltd is your friend), I called them, they checked their records and immediately acknowledged that the item was missing because of mishap at their end and that they were shipping immediately, and then weeks passed,(maybe even a month), I placed another order meanwhile and after some days got that new order as a whole but wait, never received the original missing item!????, called them again and they say that okay they are shipping it now, this happened for a while and eventually after more than a month they delivered the missing item.
Another case is that I wanted to order some big-ish polyester film caps that no other seller had in India but these guys but given their delivery charges of 80INR (sigh!) it doesn't make sense to just order those caps but also some other diy stuff to save in the long run, so I made a cart ordered them, and after a week, I receive an email of refund of x INR amount from them (wait what?) and guess what they decided to without asking me refund the x INR for the caps because they didn't have those in stock (contrary to their inventory listing on the site itself) and ship the rest of the order which wasn't even strictly needed, I called them and told them that this was unacceptable and to refund the order if they can't ship the capacitors, they suggested that the caps would be in stock in a week or so and then they will ship them as well and to take the order but given their fishy behaviour in the past, I denied and told them to wait instead of me for the caps to arrive and then ship the whole order at once, then they told me that they would refund immediately but it has been more than a month since that order and even after 3-4 sessions of talking to them and every time them lying and saying "done! just wait for x days" I haven't received the refund for that order placed a month ago.

Very bad website and products I get damaged .
I order 2 amplifier worth 2.5k got defective .
They say me to not refund and replace.

I booked a power supply module, and after two days of following up with customer care, I was informed that it was out of stock and was asked to cancel the order. After cancellation, the amount was not refunded, resulting in a loss of approximately ₹3,000.

The most arrogant and irresponsible business i have ever faced in my life. They take at least one week to ship the product after multiple follow ups. They just don't care to even to reply. They just ignore once you pay. You have to keep following following like you owe something to them. They don't even cancel the order and refund. Once you pay just forget.

I had Worst experience with them I order multimeter and the probe was broken they won't support I order MAS830L but get send dublicate brand

I have already purchased many items all are genuine. Even a product was replaced by them . No issue regarding their services.

This company have zero knowledge of electronics and the staff is no different sent anything in orders and keep giving excuses for not to refund and keep telling kal collect hoga kal kabhi nahi hona because they never arrange courier to collect.
Absolutely rubbish customer service. I will not even give them 1 start.
Stay away from this rough traders.

Ordered 2 18v dc fans for a project. One of the fans was cracked in the package. The plastic film used to wrap the was so tight that it broke a fin. The support is non existent, they do not reply even after sending video proof.

The staff doesn't know anything about the product they are selling. Even after sending a picture they aren't able to understand. They can't even differentiate between battery snap and battery snap with DC pin.
And strangely....they claim to give competitive prices. Please guys, you need to stop considering a customer as a fool and try to sell just about anything.

Pls don't listen with the intent to reply but with the intent to understand.

Best service and best site for electronic products

Order Reference 93435 received on 25th August 2023, 2:45 PM, out of Four Products i purchased on prepaid basis one i received damaged because of bad packaging and forwarding and another product was totally different to what was displayed. No wiring details provided for the electronic circuits for utilities. Pathetic and deterrent customer support. No hand to hand replacement possible for a urgent requirement and no support for different product
