Electronics E Shop Anmeldelser

Visited Zara in Regent street this morning. May I say what excellent customer service from the young man on the returns desk at 1215 today. He went far beyond expectations and is a credit to the store. Thanks

The software I purchased was very competitively priced and a very quick delivery of the necessay download details.
I did have one or two problems installing the software (all my fault) and Electronics E Shop were really helpful in assisting me with the installation of my Office 2024 program software.
All sorted now and everything working how I wanted.
I would definately recommend them.

I had a problem with activating office 21 pro I had purchased. Customer service was brilliant. Sent me the the 8 box numbers same day. I would highly; recommend Electrics E shop and will keep watch for future fantastic deals. A big thank you

Found an advert that I was looking for with Electronics E Shop and ordered as I required M/S Office. Received the reply with instructions very promptly and friendly service. Well pleased with the goods, Thank you

I had problems with activation and installation, but I found Electronics-e quite prompt in helping me. Added to the cheap price of the Office 2021 I bought from them compared to "renting" Office 365, it was all in all a pleasant experience.

I had a problem with activating the product which I had purchased a few months ago (at an excellent price). Customer service was superb. I emailed on finding the issue and it was resolved the same afternoon. I would definitely recommend this business and will keep my eye out for further great deals.

Purchased Microsoft Office from Electronics E Shop but unfortunately had problems installing it. Emailed their help line Saturday evening expecting a response on Monday at the earliest. Very pleasantly surprised to see a response in my email when I logged in on Sunday morning! Instructions were provided to resolve the issue and product successfully installed.
Very impressed with customer service and will certainly purchase from them again. Price was extremely competitive as well

The software works great but it's tricky getting it activated at Microsoft. The company give clear instructions on how to do it. They also respond if you have any difficulty
I recommend them

I bought Microsoft Office suite at a reasonable price and experienced a problem after setting up. The company responded to my email quickly and showed me how to sort the issue out, all very painless, I would happily recommend them to you.

Had loads of problems trying to install office 2024
I'm very pleased with the help & guidance I received...everything now is running fantastic

Great Deal, excellent price. Easy download. Had a hitch with the Authentication code, I'm not techy!! Emailed customer service, fantastic. They replied with the Code and all was well. I can't emphasise how helpful they were. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this firm.

As per other reviews on here, My Office 2021 downloaded easily but then had problems activating. After swapping a couple of emails the tech team sorted the problem out and now all works fine. Bought it for a very good price too, compared to other sites.

This Company goes beyond what a good Company should do.
They bent over backwards to assist me and sorted the problem when it was not even their fault but mine.

I purchased a product and needed a post sales assistant. I emailed them for assistance and within 10 mins I had a reply and following a short period of time, I was sent instructions on how to rectify the problem. Great customer service with a professional and friendly approach.

Great service and really good value; I purchased Office 2021, within 2 hours had the download and activation key. I got a message that the key has been maxed out but this is almost always the case with digital MS product, as predicted, the telephone activation worked perfectly 👌 and everything is as it should be.

Thought at first this may, as others have stated, been a scam. Link received was to a different version to that ordered and licence code was not accepted online. However, Telephone registration successful and all OK.
Company replied to emails. no problems. So far!

I purchased Office 2021 and the process of supplying the software and it's installation was completely trouble free. I felt that if I needed help it would have been available. I would recommend this company .

Was looking for a copy of Microsoft office and came across these guys. After doing a few checks decided to give them a try and was very happy with the service I recived. Selected the version of office I wanted, which was at a very good price. Once paid got a conformation email. Then a little bit later got an email with instructions and a activation key. Followed the instructions which were strait forward and easy to follow. Got the software installed and activation key worked fine, which was my biggest worry, but all was good for me.

I had a few teething problems with the software but the customer service team were able to sort these out and the software now works perfectly. Well done :)

I purchased some software which, not being very computer savvy, I had a problem loading. However after an exchange of emails the company was extremely helpful and the programme now works perfectly. I was really impressed by their support.
