I purchased Microsoft Office 2024, my download and product key came next morning, I had a bit of trouble installing it but that was lack of tech knowledge on my part, I sent an e mail explaining what was happening a couple of hours later had an e mail back explaining what to do it installed straight away and is working perfectly, Sharon very helpful really good customer service

I bought this product and didn't know what to expect really. Had a bit of trouble during installation, but they were really helpful and help me with the whole process. Now I have great products for a very cheap price! Winner 🏆🎉🏆

Slight issue with activation but was very quick and easy to resolve. Communication was good, easy to follow instructions and was resolved without difficulty.

Had problem as program stopped working and couldn't get key to work.
Within 12 hours problem was solved.

I had a few problems at first with my Software which I think was down to me, emailed Sharon at Electronics E Shop.uk, she was most helpful. Sharon worked with her team to get it all sorted, plus the other bonus was that Sharon was very quick to respond to my emails, not like other companies which keep you waiting for days to sort things out. So well done Sharon & Team at Electronics E Shop, I look forward to using my new Office 2024

Despite an issue installing the product their support was excellent, responding promptly to emails and providing very helpful advice to get things back on track. Very pleased with the product and service.

Received download link and activation key promptly. However, had an activation issue and had to contact customer service. Had a quick response and solution with installation and activation completed.

Ordered a Microsoft product. The email, with instructions arrived in good time.
However, the license key given was invalid/wrong.
Electronic eShop response "We are currently experiencing some issues with the online activation servers." They promptly forwarded an Installation ID, which worked perfectly.
Tech issues, as we all know occur, so I was not phased. I did have some concern about the authenticity of this company, when the key was incorrect, as this was my first time using them.
However, I did not need to worry. The response and solution was dealt with with alacrity.
My experience is they have excellent customer service, and are a trustworthy outfit.

Purchased Microsoft Office from the Electronics - e -shop. After having one or 2 technical issues I contacted them and Sharon was very helpful is resolving these issues. Each time I contacted them they replied very quickly. Would definitely use again .

Quick fast service but I forgot to register the product and it failed to work. Messaged customer service team who offered a solution with full instructions which worked - all within a short space of time,
100% will use them again.

I admit I was a bit wary at getting MS office without a subscription. I struggled a bit using the authentication code, probably because it was a new WIN 11 laptop which is very different from my old laptop but received very swift email guidance so I am very satisfied and would recommend this company

Could not have been more helpful, I purchased MS Office 2024 Professional to replace a Teacher edition, there was user error from my part with not uninstalling the old version fully first which meant I needed a further activation code, they supported me with this and through the whole process.
Very pleased and would happily recommend to anyone.

Would rather give 0 stars. SCAMMERS! No reply to emails & phone number doesn’t work. Got an email to confirm the order and 2 weeks later have heard absolutely nothing back & no tracking information. AVOID!!!!
