Purchased 2 Gel Blaster SURGE toys. Both boxes received had seals already opened. 1 box had pistol that did not work. Also usb-c cable, bag of electric green gellets, and bonus "Play Now!" hydrated gellets all MISSING. First and Last time purchasing from Electronic Express, Very disappointing. Returned and waiting on refund.

Ordering was easy the item was available and was received in three days time.

Unfortunately, my LG OLED TV was delivered cracked, which I only discovered after paying out-of-pocket for installation. While a refund was eventually offered, the customer service experience was among the worst I’ve ever encountered.

All I wanted was to simply re-order the same TV at the same price, but instead I was essentially told “too bad.” I was invited to make this call to after being told on email "we truly do want to help". When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed they were on lunch, and the associate I spoke to in the meantime was condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than helping resolve the issue, they lectured me that TVs “break in transit all the time.”

That may be true, but from a customer’s perspective: I waited weeks for delivery, paid for installation, and then was told I had to wait 96 hours for a courier call, ship the broken unit back, and only then receive a refund—leaving me thousands of dollars out of pocket in the meantime.

After this experience, I would never attempt to give this company my business again. I’ll be re-ordering elsewhere—even if it means paying more—because at least I’ll be treated with respect.
