My order did not get to me in a timely manner and today I'd Dec 12th and I still don't have it. I did not get a call or email saying it was delayed I had to call them. I was made to feel unappreciated as a valued customer.

Absolutely terrible experience with Electronic Express. I purchased an item during their Black Friday sale, and what did they send me? A damaged product right out of the box. When I contacted customer service expecting at least a little help, the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, they refused to honor the sale price I originally paid—even though the only reason I needed a replacement was because THEY sent me a defective item.
It’s unbelievable that a company would treat paying customers this way. Between the damaged merchandise and the nasty attitude from their support team, I will NEVER shop with Electronic Express again. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values customers and stands behind what they sell.

Several days after ordering and it still showing processing, even after my card being charged, I had to sit on the phone with customer service just to find out they didn't even hwve the tv in stock that I ordered.

Overall, very pleased with the purchase. However, the first tv was delivered with a broken screen. The pickup and delivery of the next one was quick and successful.

Great price for a LENOVO M11- 11” Tablet that came with a pen and a case which made it a hellovah deal! This arrived fast, was brand new-still the box(of course😘)AND there was a $100’s off coupon at checkout. Great Black Friday buy. Thank you Electronic Express!! No updates. Don’t care about customers.

Placed online order making simple mistake of entering wrong zip code that could not be corrected with customer service. Though my mistake a secure trusted process to correct a minor error in today’s digital world. This required return and reorder versus a correction.

Sorriest business I’ve ever worked with. Would not recommend getting anything from this place, take your money to bestbuy or Walmart

Told by sale personnel that there some more in stock. Then find out that was only one. Also told it was a display in the store that wasn't true. Just mislead by sale person.

I havent had help to hng my new TV but ,their prompt shipment have earned them a very rare 5 star rating from a very satisfied customer...I will follow up when TV is on the wall...thx

The product i purchased was a open box ice maker for a refrigerator,,and while it was exactly the part I needed the advertised sale posting said it was a complete kit with solenoid and lines the Ice maker and drop bin, but it only contained the ice maker and bin, I was doing a update on my old ice maker and didn't require the solenoid and lines and am using the parts received glady as the price was excellent, even for just those 2 main items I received,,I think they may benefit from checking the open box sale items then they could have said it was only the 2 items without the solenoid and line kit that would be needed for a new refrigerator installation,, but overall they have good pricing and products, I would have bought the 2 items I received at that discounted price without the lines kit, anyway I now know to ask questions about open box items to make sure. Overall still a great deal in my case, Thank you Electronic Express

Ordered two of the Vizio 65-in TVs. When I got them they were two different model numbers

I was told over the phone before I purchased my window heat/air unit that EExpress would deliver and install the unit. Once the delivery folk arrived, they told me that they DID NOT set up this type of appliance. I then called the local EExpress store and the sales department online where I purchased the unit and was told the same. I was left high and dry to look around for expensive installers who charged me as much to install as it did to buy the unit. UNACCEPTABLE TO LIE TO GET A SALE!!!
