Scam, er is wel een echte website. Maar deze website imiteerd het bedrijf. Ik heb nooit iets ontvangen en de klantenservice is een ai bot. Pas op want dit is oplichterij!

Didn’t get a code or email. There is a 24/7 chat but no reply so be careful!

I recently bought a game key for rust, not long after running it i realised that it had a lot of previous bans for servers like Werewolf gaming. These bans included cheating and hacking.

When i sat through the long vigorous 3 week wait for my ticket providing all the neccesary info.

I was met with “ Thank you for contacting ElectronicFirst. My name is Roxy and will be assisting you today.
We apologize however we can not provide a replacement account or a refund since the account has already been banned by Steam”

Honestly i am chocked that they could not provide a solution.
Will never use them again and will be sure to tell my dear gamer friends to steer clear of this website

Hace dos días que compré dos juegos para la Nintendo y en ningún momento me dijeron que había que hablar con ellos para activar las claves. Cuando me puse en contacto con ellos me respondieron muy rapido hasta que mencioné que quería un reembolso de uno de los juegos, que entonces dejaron de contestar por completo.
Quizá consigas un juego a un precio bastante bajo pero ni siquiera te lo puedes descargar en tu cuenta. Yo no he conseguido activarlo aún porque no me contestan pero no sé lo que pasaría con esa cuenta si te cambias la nintendo o algo. No sé, a mi parecer no merece la pena, me arrepiento de haber tirado el dinero.

Scam! They have no clue what they’re doing. Responding after several hours with a question you already answered before. Spent a couple hours trying to download a game and I still don’t have it! Also, my account is not working anymore out of a sudden? I can’t believe this.

Scam. I bought a Steam account from them. I logged in one time to see if everything was fine. 4 hours later I start getting emails saying there were changes made to the Steam account. They went in and changed the password to the account.

Opened a support ticket 3 days ago, no response

I had a slight issue getting the verification code, but Jack was extremely helpful and had it sorted within 5 minutes of me contacting support, brilliant customer support received and very happy with the product I ordered which was Elden ring for my Xbox.

Very good people where help you in everything

they said they'll give me a refund and then just stopped replying. waited for 7 days and still no refund. and they deleted our conversation.

Took a little while because there were some issues on the website but I got it eventually and my game works fine 😊

be aware they don’t advise that you have to wait hours for your game to be activated and go through a live chat that you will struggle to get a response from however saying that, Fred and Xav were very helpful and helped me install the game and even though it’s 12 hours later, i’m just glad i’ve got it

The most reliable website to purchase games, I tried them out two times and they are amazing in everything, the prices are fair and the costumer’s support are friendly, all thanks to Fred for his help.

Fast response and accurate solution

Massive scam. Horrible customer service. It’s basically theft. They ask you to link some random e-mail address to your account. I asked for a refund since I didn’t receive my product and they stopped responding.
