Una vergüenza. Pagas primero y nunca te informan ni te dan el servicio que has pagado. En mi caso subscripcion a YouTube.

Hab für knapp 15€ ein Premium Abo für 12 Monate für Spotify gekauft. Leider funktioniert das ganze nicht. War skeptisch gewesen ob das mit rechten Dingen zugeht und hab es probiert aber leider, wie schon vermutet war das ein reinfall. Die sogenannte Hilfe in der man ein Ticket eröffnet ist lächerlich. Es wird direkt drauf hingewiesen das es keine Rückerstattung gibt und es wird überhaupt nicht auf das Problem eingegangen. Man hätte wahrscheinlich was geändert was man nicht dürfte und damit ist man selbst schuld, fertig. Ich will ja das Abo nutzen und kein Geld zurück. Geld für den Mülleimer.
Lasst lieber die Finger davon.

This is an imposter website (the real site is electronicfirst.com) and sham of a company. Purchased a game from this imposter site in August last year, and as others have stated the access to the e-store game suddenly ceases and the dummy account password changes. Will be flagging and opening up a claim with VISA. Contacted them via their sham website and e-mail, and of course no response. STAY AWAY!

He realizado 2 compras de 2 productos, y después de haber realizado el pago me piden que mande una foto del DNI o pasaporte (cualquier empresa seria no hace eso, ya que hay mucha suplantación de identidad).
Me puse en contactos con ellos y me resolvieron el problema sin tener que mandar las fotos del DNI o pasaporte, ya que llevo siendo cliente desde hace mas de 4 años.
En cuanto a las claves de registro compradas funcionan correctamente

First account they sent me didn’t work but customer service gave me a replacement right away and other games like breath of the wild and let’s go eevee came with the account. I know that sounds too good to be true, getting all that as a result of me just purchasing pokemon shield, but I really don’t think these accounts are stolen like people think, because both accounts had the name “Will” in it so it seems like one person is making these, or that is a major coincidence. But I had to hold back one star for the initial issue and the possibility of the account origins being dubious but as far as getting what I paid for, I got that and more!

Scam. They give you the game for a couple days or weeks. And then they sign you out of the account and change the password after a couple weeks or so. You will no longer have it. Also support and help say that cannot do anything. So please stay away.

🟥 Une arnaque bien ficelée – fuyez ce site !

Electronic First est une grosse arnaque déguisée en boutique en ligne de jeux vidéo. Ils se vantent d’avoir « 85 000 avis 5 étoiles » sur Trustpilot, mais c’est de la poudre aux yeux : ces évaluations sont manifestement bidonnées.

J’ai commandé une clé pour un jeu, censée être envoyée sous 1 heure maximum. Résultat ? Rien reçu, même plusieurs jours après. Et quand on demande de l’aide, on a toujours le même message automatique :

« Désolé pour l’attente, nous allons faire remonter l’information à l’administrateur. »

Spoiler : ça n’avance jamais.

Impossible d’obtenir le jeu ni de me faire rembourser. Le service client est totalement inutile, et je soupçonne même qu’il s’agisse de bots ou de personnes malveillantes jouant la montre jusqu’à ce que vous lâchiez l’affaire.

⚠️ Attention : ce site est frauduleux.
Il prend votre argent sans rien livrer en échange.
Je déconseille formellement d’y passer la moindre commande.

Ce sont des arnaqueurs, ne pas faire confiance à ce site. Je fais une commande pour une clé que je n'es jamais reçu. J'ai beaucoup contacté le support ils ne répondent pas. Donc vous voulez perdre votre argent allez y les yeux ferme, sinon vaut mieux passe son chemin
