I arrange to pick the item up
I rang to confirm a delivery day but was told that due to it being a bank Holiday weekend they couldn't guarantee a day. After a discussion with the salesman I agreed to go and collect the item from the center. This was easy and they had the part resdy for me. Item has since been fitted and after initial complecations it is now all sorted. I would certainly used Electrics online again and recommend to others.

Spot on. Given a time slot the night before and again in the morning. Phone call 20 mins before arrival. 2 really polite and friendly drivers. Unpacked the item for me so I could check it over then carried it in. Couldn’t ask for a better service and to top it off this place was the cheapest around by 10% over everyone else. Win win.

Added item to basket, delivery is an absolute fortune. Went with an alternative supplier who were far, far cheaper. Now getting loads of spam from them.

Electrical Online had the parts I needed in stock at a competitive price. Delivery was swift and as predicted. Quality of products has been faultless. Electrical Online keep products which are not always available at the big suppliers and are prepared to order it in if they don’t have it, great service.

Regarding our customer service, you sent your email to us at 10am on Friday, and we got back to you at 10am this morning (Monday). As we were closed for the weekend, this means we replied only a day later with a free returns label.
