Electricalsone Anmeldelser

I'll tell you. Product mis-sold. I'm not happy at all. I bought 3core braided flex (hemp) that was described as 6.0mm overall outer diameter. It was not - it was ~10mm and does not fit the cable routing in my light fitting.
So I purchased (from you, more fool me) the 2core version, as this was sold as 5mm overall outer diameter. Guess ehat, it is still ~10mm and still does not fit !!!
Tell me, do you actually sell any braided cable that is actually a replacement for standard 5mm cable? Or is your entire online braided cable offering mis-sold?
I have photos of these cable vs a ruler if you're interested, but don't appear to be able to upload them anywhere.

All delivered within stated timescales. The gold is quite bright, not an antique gold. Beautiful quality braiding and looks perfect with my table lamp.

Very quick delivery

Been looking for this type of shade for a few weeks now, this glass amber shade is absolutely perfect for my needs and the price that's very competitive, perfectly packaged all with speedy delivery, will definitely use again, many thanks

Did not charge up the item I was hoping to. But it will have other uses.

A perfect product for me as it fits well over a standard ceiling light pattress. I find fittings very awkward for this type of application and id buy this again. Great service, supplied on time and with all the fittings.

Lovely lampshades quick delivery thank you

Delivered promptly with no hassle.

I would have no hesititation in using Electricalsone in the future

Quick and easy to order delivered on time and product very good love it

Excellent in time service

Great lampshade, good price with plenty of choice 👍

Colour of wire sent out visibly different to the picture . Very sporadic responses . Returned and never a refund as parcel seemingly didn’t reach the recipient. Claim made to Royal Mail

Accurate, prompt delivery. Thank you!

Great service. Quick delivery. Pleased with product.

The item has still not been delivered was my review previously as I was upset with the delay. I received an email requesting feedback before I had the item.
Soon after I sent my review the item eventually was received by me.
The ceiling rose and lamp holder are of good quality. I ordered a rope style flex which is just lovely and exactly what I wanted. Therefore I wanted to update my review and now give 5 stars for the product.
If rating the delivery company I would give them a 1 star. It may be Evri was used I am not sure but if so they are not great in Cornwall

Had one lamp damage had no contact from them about replacment

Great product great service great price
