Ordered item and was told it was delivered at 9.10pm, we close at 5.30 and no proof or sign was done and refuse to replace or refund! Stay away, Avoid the scammers!!

Order placed in December 2024, product was due to arrive by later December but never did. I contacted electric solar multiple times (very difficult to locate contact info), I never received any response to my query. I had given up on the products ever arriving, then out of the blue it arrived beginning of March 2025.

Good the product finally arrived but an entirely random experience!

A battery fuse isolatir unit was ordered over a month later several emails a phone call and voice mail left a none existant parcel number through royal mail and a complete none communications customer service department on their phone number I have had no choice but to request a full refund for this none existant part via the small claims court

Worst company I have ever purchased from. Suggest you buy your product elsewhere.
When you have a problem nobody from the company answers the phone, replies to email or talk to you on their live chat.
How are they still trading?

Dreadful company with dreadful communication. Completely let me down.

I ordered a Tesla charger knowing that there was a UK shortage, but this company showed stock and had a delivery date of less than a week. I paid a premium for the charger understanding that supply and demand commands a higher price. When the item was not delivered I contacted the company by email and several phone calls (to an answer machine 🙄). Calls were never returned, but I finally got an email saying that they were out of stock and delivery would be the next week at the earliest. Totally unacceptable. The order has been cancelled, but I'm still waiting for a refund.

Avoid this company!

I placed an order with them for a Battery isolator, had no other contact from them saying its been shipped, not answering emails or the phone, total waste of time, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I wish I had looked here before I ordered!!
Total scammers, I have now had to contact the bank for a refund!!

Website takes money and then no communication or deliveries after that. Phone number is just answerphone

They will take your order and your money and nothing will be shipped. With no contact number or response to emails this company is not to be trusted

No order received, Paid for express shipping only to never receive the order. This company refuses to answer the phone or reply to any email. AVOID.

I ordered some cable and received an invoice stating I would be contacted once the order shipped in the next day or so. I never received any contact on either email or SMS. I called customer services (multiple times) only to get an answerphone message saying no one was available. I left several messages with no response. I chased up the order via email to the sales address and again no response. It has now been two weeks since the order was placed and I have had no contact whatsoever. I chased the order via the web site chat bot who said my order was awaiting fulfilment a bit like me really. No further response to questions as to when the order will be fulfilled…
Obviously this is taking money under false pretences and I will claim a refund via my credit card.

Still hasn't arrived. Ordered on the 7th of January, they took my money on the 8th. They don't answer their phone, don't reply to emails. The Royal Mail tracking still say, "The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail". It's been like that since the 13th of January. Buyer beware.

The carrier damaged some of the shipment Electric Solar handled it well and rapidly to get me replacements.

Canopy was delivered on time. It was as described and provides the weather shield for my solar inverter and battery.

Order placed on 7 Jan 2025. Email confirmation received quoting estimated delivery 8-10 January. Nothing heard since. No replies to multiple emails. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Don’t use this company. Returns address quoted on their website is a small house. They are clearly not a genuine company.
Edit 22 Jan: finally got through to someone after selecting option 2 and ringing about 6 times. I was told they’d check on my order and call back in 5 minutes. What a surprise - no call back. I rang again 30 minutes later. No answer. I traced their accountants through Companies House and asked them to get the company to call me about my order. No call was received. I’ve found the goods elsewhere and submitted a dispute to my credit card provider. There is clearly no point asking Electric Solar for a refund as I'm sure they won’t do anything about it. Do not buy from this company. Matt Alford you should be ashamed of yourself.
Update September 2025: I see their website is no longer available but the company is still trading. Hopefully Trading Standards will shut them down but I doubt anyone will get their money back.

It is now 21st of January I ordered my part on the 6th of January and I've still not received it ,

Good price. Delivery cost was high, especially considering it took a considerable time to arrive. No problem with the Item, it was as described.

Found what I needed, delivered promptly. Installed and working
