Really easy to deal with
Really easy to deal with. Called on a Friday afternoon and the skip arrived just after 8am next morning. Couldn’t ask for a more efficient service!

Erin managed to fit us in for a pickup at really short notice and the team who came to site were excptional. Went the extra mile to ensure the waste we needed cleared was gone inside a tight time line. Would highly reccomend EiS.

The 4yd skip is said to hold 40 bin…
The 4yd skip is said to hold 40 bin bags but it didn't. It only held about 12 so that wasn't close to what we were told. Also, I gave an extra star here because I was not charged for lack of intelligence when I thought if I ordered for a week then the skip would be picked up after a week. I wasn't aware I had to call for pickup.

Hello John thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are disappointed that you feel our service did not meet your requirements. Our website clearly shows the dimensions of our containers. We estimate that our 4yd skip holds approximately 30-40 standard household bin bags and this is a standard estimate across our industry. We have reviewed the photographs taken of your skip contents and note that the bin bags used are not standard size but either wheelie bin liners or extra large industrial sacks. a quick check on google will confirm that a 4yd skip should hold approximately 8 of these. It is impossible for us to guestimate what size of skip you require for the amount of waste you have and it is your responsibility to decide which container is most suitable for your needs. As a courtesy we would not automatically uplift your skip to ensure that you have finished using it and this should have been explained to you at the point of order, we apologise if this was not communicated to you at the time.

Good communication with reception. Checked access and suitability for skip. Skip arrived early and was picked up within a day when it was filled.

Skip Hire I can't thank the team who dealt with…
I can't thank the team who dealt with my request enough. I completed the form with an almost immediate response from Mr Inness. I have never ordered a skip before and he explained the proccess and because I'm new to the area and didn't have a clue about where the skip could be placed or about warrants, he made enquiries for me. The outcome has been that the skip was delivered next day. I found everyone I had contact with was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Great communication, made the process stress free.

EXCELLENT SERVICE from start to finish! Really professional, prompt and friendly help from start to finish from the people who answer your calls and emails, to the drop off and pickup drivers. On booking we were also offered protection for our drive from the skip which was much appreciated and I would highly recommend EIS to anyone. Grateful thanks for making the whole process really easy for us.
