First class service
The experience we have had has been excellent. All of the team were first class. From the drivers who were very capable of manoeuvring a small space and very polite. Kim who organised the hire and collection was so accommodating. We would use again and highly recommend. Thank you

Speedy delivery on time, Types of waste to put in skip clearly explained. Office staff helpful and very pleasant, Drivers very courteous and placed and picked up skip exactly where it was required

Good morning Brian, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The driver has been contacted and reminded of our company procedures and the rules regarding smoking in his cab.
We do feel however we could have dealt with the situation had you contacted our transport team directly rather than leaving a 1* review which is based on our service quality as this incident is more a matter for us to address with the driver than showing on here.
Great customer service manner
Help on the phone to arrange booking skip hire was really good. Also the skip delivery driver was really helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish
This was my first time ordering a skip and I was very impressed by EIS Waste Service's prompt and efficient service. All communication was very courteous and helpful.
The drivers were excellent at delivering and uplifting the builder's skip in and out of my quite narrow driveway.
