Good service to use!

I had a hard time making payment to refill my sim. Evelyn worked their magic and got me taken care of. I use their services for my security camera and I have no complaints. Very satisfied.

Surprisingly seamless

Very pleased overall. The SIM worked straight out of the box, the coverage is good and consistent and the customer support is much better than the regular mobile companies,

Quick to give refund

The Eliot club is very helpful and if you make an error, they will quickly with no bother give a refund. They did this when I bought an eSim but my phone wasn't compatible. But could us a physical sim card instead.

Travelling in Europe, left high and dry by EIOT CLUB

Travelling in Europe, mainly Portugal, despite being only 2.5 days into a 7 day contract, it suddenly stopped working leaving me exposed: no access to breakdown services, Revolut, contactless etc. Contacted live chat, they wanted tech details, they could not find me on their system despite 2 purchases linked to email address. I refused to log off my new provider internet access to reactivate their sim, so I could note requested details, and then go back to my working esim from a new provider, and then go all the way through AI chat to get to live chat and run the risk of a rinse and repeat performance. I note the mainly super-positive reviews but my experience is anything but. Fonus my new provider is fully international, and cheaper. Oh, and it works. Disasters avoided.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced.

I have carefully reviewed your communication history with our team from March 14th, as well as your order details. Records show that you purchased two 7-day unlimited Europe data plans on February 28th and March 7th, respectively.

Specifically:

The eSIM profile purchased on Feb 28th was activated that same day and expired after 7 days on March 7th.

The second profile purchased on March 7th was also activated immediately and expired on March 14th—the same day you reported the service stopping "2.5 days early."

Based on the activation timestamp and the 7-day validity period, it appears your service concluded as scheduled on its natural expiration date, rather than cutting off prematurely.

One quick tip for the future: unlike many travel eSIMs, EIOT profiles are rechargeable. You don't need to buy a new profile each time. Since you purchased a new one on March 7th immediately after the first one expired, you might have missed this option.

To manage your service more easily, you can simply download the EIOT App or visit our recharge website to create an account. Once you bind your eSIM’s ICCID to your account, you can:

Top up your existing eSIM directly.

Track your data usage, activation dates, and expiration times in real-time.

Access your full transaction history.

Furthermore, having your eSIM linked to an account allows our support team to look up your details using just your email address. Without this link, we can't find any information with your email. We require either your ICCID (found in your original QR code email) or your Order Number to troubleshoot any issues.

I have been a customer for over 3…

I have been a customer for over 3 years. The on-line customer service support has been excellent and recently purchased an additional card to use on a second camera. I highly recommend EiotClub.

I had just refilled a sim card and...

I had just refilled a sim card and noticed after paying that sim card was bent and did not work. I had an extra sim card so I asked if I could transfer those funds to the other card. After sending email, the support team transfered my refill to another card with no problems at all. This was a quick turnarond for sure to solve my issue!
