5904 EUFY 4G LET S330 CAM

I just both a EUFY 4G LET S330 CAM. and set up the camera and the eufy app and 20 minutes after I cannot see videos. I contact EIOT and a representative help me find out what was wrong with my camera was very helpful. I do appreciate the EOIT agent help

Great service

We live in a rural area and have cameras to protect our property , Eiotclub sims are the best , we were using t mobile sims and our cameras were not working half the time , we have great coverage and great customer service that helps you every step of the way

Extremely satisfied!

We have 3 SIM cards with eiot club, been about 3 years reloading the SIM cards. Have had no issues and have been very delighted with the service that is provided! Internet runs super fast especially for the area that we are in. My phone is a bit slower and it’s great how eiot club connects to multiple wireless providers!

Customer Support.

While support begins with an AI chatbot, it quickly refers you to a courteous live agent as it determines an issue may take more attention than it can render. This is sooo much better than the tail chase I have experienced on other platforms. And what is more my problem was promptly solved.

Amazing cameras!

The cameras give great detail for the videos and capture accurately. They have an ai mode that will track ppl which works amazingly! The data plan is easy to use and customer service is amazing. Highly recommend!

was charged 2 years after deactivation

I had a trailcam back in 2024 it was destroyed by a lightning strike, the sim car was eiotclub well I had told them to stop automatic billing though paypal and yesterday morning sure enough 2 years after the fact here is a new charge from them for 79.95 and they said I was set up on auto billing and that is a lie.

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We reviewed your SIM card top-up order history. On September 22, 2024, you topped up a 12GB 360-day data plan, and on October 4, 2024, you topped up a 6GB 180-day data plan (Auto-renewal was enabled when you topped up this data plan. We apologize, but we couldn't find any communication history regarding your subsequent request to disable auto-renewal). Therefore, when the 6GB 180-day data plan expired on April 14, 2026, the SIM card automatically renewed for another 6GB 180-day data plan.

On April 15th, you contacted us via online chat. We disabled auto-renewal and issued a refund that same day. Please don't worry, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

EIOTCLUB is great if you love EXTREMELY…

EIOTCLUB is great if you love EXTREMELY SLOW speeds using their data-only SIM cards.

When I complained via email, there was suddenly NO SERVICE on my device even though I had 4.29GB remaining.

They STOLE my remaining 4.29GB of data and said my account was suspended because I had no data left.

As I mentioned, when I sent my email complaining about their EXTREMELY SLOW data speeds, my device suddenly showed NO SERVICE!

They were angry that I complained and STOLE my remaining 4.29GB of data.

Anybody that does business with EIOTCLUB will learn that they threw away their money on EXTREMELY SLOW data speeds.

Do yourself a favor and utilize a company that is local to your town and AVOID EIOTCLUB!

Hi Robert,

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.

However, we checked your SIM card details. Your SIM card had a 6GB/90-day data plan, activated on April 5, 2026 at 08:44:54. Expected to expire on July 4, 2026 at 08:44:54, 90 days later, you had already used up all 6GB of data on your SIM card at 02:35:49 on April 14, 2026, so your SIM card service was suspended.

We sent you an email reminder to top up your data around 03:58 on April 13th. Then, at 04:14 on April 14th, you replied that your internet speed was slow. Please note that the data on your SIM card was already used up at 02:35:49 on April 14, 2026. This means that when you tested your speed, your SIM card was already in a suspended service state, which is why your internet speed was slow.

Where and when did you see that your SIM card still had 4.29GB of data remaining? Did you see it in the EIOT app or on the EIOT top-up website? Your SIM card's connection was stable before April 14th. Before April 14th, when your SIM card still had data, it was consistently connected to AT&T's 4G network, and it didn't experience the slow speed you mentioned.

You can download the EIOT app or visit the EIOT top-up website https://sim.eiotclub.com/eshop/, create an account, and bind your SIM card to it. This way, you can check your SIM card usage at any time and top it up when it's depleted.

We have also emailed you details of your SIM card data plan usage and network activity. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reply to our email. We will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible, so please don't worry.
