Great rock hammer in perfect condition. Price and free shipping is hard to match. It took longer than expected with no explanation as others have mentioned but now that I know what to expect it will be five stars next time. Thanks.

International buyers should be aware.
I buy conformal coating from eio.com. However, it was "disposed of" by USPS. I asked them to follow up with the USPS. They reply that it should be me who asks the USPS. Ok
I ask them to inquire with USPS so the reimbursement process can be started. Since only U.S. senders could inquire. They reply, "It should be me.

It's kind of frustrating since they have a statement on their website, as per below.

"My order was tampered with, damaged, or lost while in transit. What can I do?"

"If your order was tampered with or damaged while in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of not receiving your order"

kind of no help at all. If the package I got has   problem at my border, I don't mind handling it myself since I can easily contact the costume office or the post office.

They had the best price. They kept me informed as my order progressed. I received my order in good condition. I placed my order on March 21 and received it on May 30.

It took way too long to delivery the item. The fact that it was not in stock and the order lead time was unknown was not obvious until I didn't receive the item in the timeframe expected.

Bought a screwdriver set via Walmart.com. The advertised price was terrific. When I went to pay for it, the price doubled. Shipment was delayed by 2-3 weeks. When I got it, it was the wrong item. There was an issue with a listing/database. When I contacted EIO, the guy on the line wouldn't honor the advertised cost (Walmart told me the 3rd party sets the price and they have no control) and EIO said I'd have to return the item via Walmart.com. I paid the advertised price and then some. The guy at EIO told me I was trying to rip them off and that I thought I was "entitled" and they wouldn't take the hit ($20) and would not let me talk to anyone else there. Sorry, this is unacceptable.

Note: EIO is the 3rd party seller that listed on Walmart.com.

Product was delivered in a timely manner since it was on back order. Product works great.

it took a month for me to get thr product i ordered. i appreciate that it was communicated to me that it would take two weeks before my order was received, but it actually took a month. i am grateful that it is what i wanted after waiting so long.

I was kept informed on purchase and shipping, item arrived on time, price was great and product seems to be working well. It was a gift for my grandson and he’s loving it.
