Not A Scam Site! 4 Days From Order To Door!
At first glance, I thought this was a fake site. I took a chance and ordered something that was way cheaper than anywhere else. I got my package in 4 days from order to door! I'd give eio.com 10 starts if I could. Awesome website, and I will check them before going anywhere else.

Item received. EIO had the best price.
The item was not in stock, but it finally arrived. The price with shipping was the best I've found. I've changed my review to four stars. At this point, I will order from them again.

We purchased a product on 2/29/24 and…
We purchased a product on 2/29/24 and just received it today 6-10-24. They sent me an email letting me know it was back ordered, however you charged the credit card for the product when we placed the order. There was no communication during this time as to if there were any updates or what was going on with the order. I had to look up the company online and email to inquire about the order. We have not had any problems in the past, this time was not a very good experience.

Excellent service and prices
The prices on Koken and PB Swiss products are VERY reasonable. I also had an issue with an order and the staff responded to my voicemail so quickly I couldn’t help but be impressed. I am a lifelong customer now. Oh and shipping is reasonable and prompt as well.
