EIO took some time to get back to me…
EIO took some time to get back to me after my order to tell me that it would take several weeks before they could send me my order. They offered to cancel the order or send it at a much later date. The order was placed on 9/6 and received today, 10/7. They have access to the stuff, but it sure takes a long time to get it.

The claim that we "took some time to get back to me after my order" is completely false. In less than 24 hours of his order being placed, we reached out to the customer to inform him that his order was on backorder and should be available within a few weeks. He was fine with that.
I am not sure how proactively reaching out in less than 24 hours is "some time" but this feedback makes no sense.

Everything went smooth. Prefer ordering direct from supplier than from Amazon. And it was free shipping.

We've reached out to this customer multiple times, reminding him that the item he purchase was sold with "extended handling time". he was notified of the handling time prior to even adding the item to his cart, there is a message right above the "add to cart" button and one can click on that to see what that means and contact us to get an ETA. Further, when such an item is actually purchased, as this was, we also send an email to the customer alerting them to the fact that the item is sold with extended handling time and to contact us with questions, concerns and to get an ETA.
The customer either was unable to read, or chose not to read these notices because if he had, he would have known this item was special order and needed extended handling time.

I have been doing business with EIO for years now and I always come back and do business with them each year! They are very honest, and easy to talk to - a special shout out to Eswin Ponce. Eswin is very helpful and tries really hard to find ways that is very reasonable for his customers especially to his repeat clients such as myself. I highly recommend EIO for any electronic supplies that your company, schools, etc need.

Desperate for parts!
I needed a cable to complete my computer build. The chassis manufacturer would NOT sell me one...but THESE GUYS got it for me! And quickly! Fast and friendly...I would give them a HUNDRED stars if I could!

I chose them carefully, and I was right!!!
I looked and looked before purchasing from EIO. This crimper had been back ordered for 10 months. When I called to cancel, the representative checked, then told me “We just now have some coming in, after 10 months!” Within 2 weeks, I had it. He didn’t have to go to that much trouble, but did; and I desperately needed the crimper. I will go back to EIO!

Fast delivery
I recently placed an order with this company, eio.com, even though I had never heard of them before. I ordered mid-day on Wed and it arrived at my home in Alabama on Friday which took me by surprise. Of note, my order summary didn't show any amount for shipping and taxes (not sure if they built it into the price of the item or what).
