Technical installation seems good and generally neat though some cable covers would improve the look. Seems to work pretty well now I’ve switched to Octopus and awaiting our first bill to see how it goes in terms of ££. Support post installation not great and I had to go to the manufacturer Growatt to get settings changed which can’t be right. No simple manual left with us so had to hunt google and talk to Growatt for help. This isn’t good as the installer should ensure customers have full briefing and paperwork and they themselves can set it up to meet customer preferences.

Friendly, tidy efficient installers. Panels working well.

The installation was carried on time and at the quoted price, the work was carried out to a very high standard and left clean and tidy.
The chaps who carried out the installation were very customer friendly and kept us informed what was happening, first class engineers with very good office backup.

The initial install was very poor. There were loose wires left trailing over the roof; they had not taken the most practical, sensible or best looking route to the inverter; and the inside work was messy. "Solar Together" customer service said they could not help. I contacted the company directly. After much chasing they grudgingly agreed to send a second and different team. Despite cheerful office support at Eco Greenenergy Solutions the experience was stressful and unsatisfactory.

Good installation with friendly and efficient service. System handover documentation poor with component leaflets but no overall system manual.

They installed quickly and gave good information and support. However, they did not install the anti-bird netting, then their installers lied adamant that they had completed it and I had to go up to the roof to photograph that they hadn’t in order to get them to come back and complete.

All questions answered promptly with confidence. Price agreed. Installation agreed quickly and went with no hiccups or problems. Superb at guiding through the paperwork. No hesitation in recommending, in fact I already have.

There communication was excellent. The installation was completed to a high standard and my Solar and Heat Pump use has been really good

Ewan and his team installed my solar panels and provided me with invaluable advice. I had a issue with the bird netting that was resolved quickly.

I was introduced to Eco Greenenergy Solutions through the Solar Together scheme. They installed 14 panels on the house and 10 on the garage roofs plus inverters and batteries in October 2022.I had some issues with the initial installation and Ewan and his team were quick to address these to my satisfaction.The system has all worked well since installation.
On the strength of this work, I had an air source heat pump and vented cylinder installed in April 2023. As a retro-fit in a large house this was a complex project. The installers kept disruption to a minimum and the quality of their work could not have been better. This system is also working well.

The initial sales person was very good and honest, the fitting was very efficient and quick and the system works very well. The only negative is the after sales isn't very good, hard to get a reply to e mails and phone calls.

Ego Greenenergy Solutions installed my solar panels, inverter and batteries at the beginning of the year. After having an issue they came out almost immediately, rectified the fault and showed me how to prevent issues in future. Really pleased with both the professional installation and the follow up support.

The backup support was good. Had some issues with the installation but when highlighted were fixed asap.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN THIS COMPANY scroll down thru reviews you will see I am not alone in being the victim of Ewan McNeil's abuse. His response (as ' site manager' sales rep' MD' and 'complaints manager' was to position himself as a victim: no apology, no complaints resolved. Therefore this company are now under investigation by independent organisations re: breaches in compliance; while dealing with me they broke H&S (their sub-contractors looked me in the eye and told me the scaffold was not high enough but when Ewan arrived climbed on my high pitch roof without safety gear) ; ICO/GDPR (emailed details of 54+customers to all 54 customers) FSA regulations & contract. the customer support at best was and operational was an email with a a pdf attachment; I have a recording of Ewan McNeil telling me the guys on the roof were not qualified (the company website states "our installers are all qualified and trained". this is not evidenced and statements therefore breach web advertising. I did not choose this company I enrolled via 'SolarTogether' a scam that promises group buying discount. I'm happy to share the spec involved - retail market cost is cheaper than invoiced. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY - the stress is not worth it!
this company should not say i am happy with the installation because i am not problems with the system were not resolved.

Had solar panels and heat pump installed. The solar through the Solar Together programme through local council tender, but we were so impressed with our initial survey and help to complete all the necessary permissions etc we also went for the heat pump from them.
All done professionally and with good communication throughout. Works done efficiently and by friendly workman who engaged with us as customers and left us feeling we made a great choice.
