Special thank you to Ervin and our drivers Jimmy and the spectacular Ben [driver ID 57272]. Ben went above and beyond to ensure our time in the UK was nothing short of extraordinary. His professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression on us. His punctuality and reliability meant that we never had to worry which means a lot given I am based in the US. We will be returning to EG Chauffeurs for our next need.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Our driver Raimond had the courtesy to pop in to the hotel and ask reception to call my room to let me know he had arrived (couldn’t reach me on my mobile) The car was immaculate and it was a very pleasant & comfortable journey from London to Letchworth. Car immaculate, drivers impeccably polite, very caring service. Taken to and collected following heart surgery from Harley st clinic, the driver ensured that the route out of London avoided speed bumps and traffic jams to make sure I was not jolted around.

EG Chauffeurs are great. They have a simple and easy booking service with very quick responses on email. Booking was simple and efficient. I liked that they sent me details of my driver the night before my booking. My driver Ben was professional, punctual and very smart. He drove very well. The car was also very clean and tidy.
