An efficent, polite and hard working team. I’ve no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering having insulation work undertaken.

Comes highly recommended

Superb price and service from Shay and his team. Exceeded expectations. This was our second time using their service as soo the first time too.

Wonderful service from start to finish.

No obligation visit to see the loft was very helpful and the quote came very soon after. The team came and removed previous insulation and boards in under two hours and replaced it very efficiently. Plenty of dust sheets helped eliminate a lot of potential mess.

If you’re looking to save your time and a headache make sure to give this company a call.

Such lovely and professional service. So very grateful for their amazing help!

Had efficient loft installation in today to clear my loft witch had been invaded by rats Craig and sharron arrived spot on time and did a very professional job clearing the loft when finished showed me where they blocked the holes and the loft looks 100% better they left my property very clean after they finished the job very polite a credit to there firm

Excellent service from start to finish. Quick & efficient assessment from Shay including quick answers to any queries. Craig & Sharan did a great job on the day explaining problems we'd had with original insulation. Particularly liked the way Craig wanted me to see the work they'd done before they left. I'd have no hesitation in recommending their service.

I got in touch with Shay to get a quote for removing and installing insulation, he came out to give an estimate which I agreed on and he said they were available to do the job the next day! How’s that for service! A guy called Craig came and was very pleasant and did an excellent job, he removed all the rubbish and tided up. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

very professional. work complete as discussed.thanks again

Very good service, quick and efficient!

Job was completed today quickly, couldn’t be happier with the service the lads done, would highly recommend these honestly

Very reliable and good communication

My loft was a big mess for years. Shay and his team of dedicated employees did a great job. They cleaned it really well and did sanitation. I got new boards installed . My loft was then installed with high quality material. Everything was very professional right from the beginning.
I would recomment Efficient loft to anyone who needs to sort their attic.

Have just had loft insulation installed by this company and couldn't rate them more highly. Booked a survey over the phone, The quote was reasonable and they were able to do the work within 2 weeks. The workmen were polite, friendly and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. They showed me what they were doing and explained how everything worked. Great company.

I called Efficient Loft to get my property insulated.
Shay came and gave two options, I decided to go with the cheaper one (Im renting it out).
The team came the week after, and insulte my loft within a couple of hours.
Thank you very much for great service.

10/10 recommended!
Shay and his team did a great job in my loft. My loft was fully insulated and cleared very professionally, and I can already feel a big change. I'd definitely recommend you to give them a call because they are very professional and they have great customer service!!!

Shay was very polite and informative.
Craig and team came a week after to do full cleaning job.
Everything was smooth, communication was great .

I will definitely recommend ✔️

Booked a loft cleaning job with Shay's company. Verbally quoted £850 for clean, then was charged £1650 which included new loft installation and boarding removal.

The loft was not cleaned as specified on Efficient loft website, when we raised concerns Shay became very aggressive on the phone blaming us for trying to cut corners. He sent his guys out 3 times and still was not cleaned properly.

He sent amateurs to clean our loft who ended up damaging our ceiling trying to remove old boarding by banging the screws loose. No cover sheets were put down beforehand (as described on the website) and our whole upstairs bedrooms was covered in fine black dust messing up our bedding and newly painted walls and new blinds.

He tried to compensate/apologise with a £150 discount and new bedding, bedding I don't need.

What a nightmare dealing with Shay. I'm still stressed writing this review!

Excellent service from Shay and his team. Things ran perfectly to time and great care was taken to protect my home from the debris. The new insulation is much thicker than the old. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Very kind service, i wasn’t sure what I need to do in my loft, Shay came to inspect my loft and gave me two options, I decided to go with the cheaper option( top up the insulation) .
The team came 10 days after to complete the job.
I will definitely recommend them for any of my relatives
