Hi, thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the issue you experienced with the names appearing incorrectly on your certificate.
A recent system update temporarily affected how fallback names were displayed on some certificates. The issue has now been fully fixed, and certificates should display the correct learner details again.
Please contact our support team with your registered email address and the affected course name so we can assist you in generating an updated certificate with the correct details.
We appreciate your patience and are happy to hear that you are enjoying your learning experience with EduCourse.
