Excellent customer service!

Muy buena experiencia con Edmond. A pesar de que mi caso no entraba dentro de las condiciones habituales de devolución, me facilitaron todo el proceso y me dieron una solución sin complicaciones. Da gusto encontrarse con marcas que responden así al cliente.

Ropa de calidad. Llevo comprando muchos años y la calidad de la ropa es muy buena. El servicio de atención al cliente, cuando lo he necesitado ha sido de los mejores que he visto, atención rápida, amable y ofreciendo soluciones. Muy recomendable.

Cuidado con esta marca, tienen contratada una empresa llamada Reveni para que gestione las devoluciones. Cuando la haces ellos dicen que reciben otro producto y te reclaman el dinero y amenazan con meterte en un fichero de morosos. Jamás volveré a comprar esta marca.

El servicio a cliente es una basura.

Compré dos camisetas, me envian una equivocada. Se lo reclamo y contestan cuando les da la gana sin dar solución.

Reclamé hace mas de una semana y nada. No compreis aqui.

Sent a product that was different from what was shown on their website. I asked them to replace it with the shirt shown on the website and they told me I had to pay the $50 shipping fee to send back the incorrect product they sent me. I disputed the charge and sent it for investigation with my credit card company. They fought it and got the charge back on my card for the total amount. Buyer beware. Bad business.

After couple of days, I received an email that 1 of the items I ordered (3 in total) was sold out already. It was actually the one item I was really looking forward to. When I received the remaining order, the sizes didn't fit so I wanted to return it. They asked me for 13 EUR shipping costs (Germany to Spain) which seems ridiculous, especially when they made a mistake with the order. I thought it was actually a really cool brand, but the customer service ruined it for me.

He intentado contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente,... 2 respuestas automáticas. No envían el pedido pagado y no solucionan mis solicitudes de información. Al final he tenido que abrir un caso de Paypal para recuperar mi dinero y aun estoy a la espera de que se solucione. JAMAS VOLVERE A CONFIAR EN ESTA WEB/MARCA!!!
