Ordering experience was okay, but I have never received my order. Seems like a sunscreen powder could ship easily and quickly. Obviously can't rate the product before receiving it.

Love the products- love the price - not love that I can’t communicate with a human that there is no reason that each product is shipped in different boxes on the same day. Hopefully a human will read this some day and realize that it makes sense to send everything in the same box to save cost on shipping and boxing materials and garbage once everything is unboxed.

Placed my order on Sept. 8 ( obagi elastiderm lift up and sculpt moisturizer, obagi elastiderm serum and obagi vitamin c 20%. For 2days all I see on the activity on their end is “waiting for details.” No info. I emailed them. Answer was coz vitamin c is out of stock. It didn’t indicate that it was out of stock when I ordered. So I asked them to mail the other 2 first. That’s the only time I saw info regarding my order.just received it yesterday 9/15, 7 days after my initial order.
The obagi vitamin c is “still waiting for details” meaning up to this time it hasn’t been mailed yet, that’s 7 days after ordering. My first time ordering from editor’s pick and will be my last time

The Editors’ Pick website listed a skincare item which I use on a regular basis at a great low price so I stocked up by ordering three of them. I also appreciate that there is no minimum purchase required for free shipping as I have placed smaller orders in the past.

Perched the Obagi Hydrate which arrived in a completely different pot to the actual moisturiser!
Very worrying as to what is the product people are using on their skin!
