I appreciate your inventory and your pricing. Your website is easy to navigate. Shipping could be faster, but it’s worth waiting and getting good products for a reasonable cost.

No confirmation of order. No update of delivery. Where is my order? When will it be here?

You actually have good prices on products when you have you sales and I appreciate that.

My reorder was initiated exactly on time, but the economy shipping is slow. I chose to buy this product online instead of from my esthetician to save some money, but that leaves me without the product for a couple of weeks. The product container is not translucent, so I can't tell when I'm going to run out until I do. If I continue to order online, I need to be able to modify timing.

I left a message on their customer service line regarding my purchase and did not get a call back/response. This is the second time that this has happened

Easy to find products, easy checkout and very much appreciate the discount code to save money

After a week there’s been no communication about the status of my order with exception of that they got it. I’ve called twice, no one answers the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. Emailed customer service, nice email back saying the received my email but zero follow up. They have my $250 and I have no idea if it’s going to be delivered to me. Next step I’ll have the transaction voided by my credit card company. What a pain!
