NO customer service when you need it.
The customer service is sadly lacking. Poor, at best. I shopped because there was a promotion: an additional 20% off products. Each product was eligible yet upon checkout, the discount wouldn't apply. I sent screenshots as directed and then heard nothing! For 2 days, witb multiple emails and even a voicemail, I had no response from customer service. Have they not trained their AI bots in customer service? This wasn't the 1st time I needed human intervention - I received a "pump" bottle of conditioner with no pump. And they couldn't send another. Prices are decent but customer service is not. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
