Ordered the Highland Cow Charcuterie Board on 7th February. No shipping info was supplied, nor a tracking number. Sent two emails to Customer Service in March who responded saying they couldn't update the tracking. Third email said they couldn't refund me as goods were already in transit. Eventually contacted our bank in April who said they would investigate in light of this company's appalling reputation. A few days later (and some 10 weeks late) the package arrived marked 'Tracked', and looked as though it had been sent within the previous few days.
The board measures 9x6 inches, condition is poor and is nothing like the photo posted on the website. Very disappointed. I will not attempt to return it as I'm sure that a refund will be denied. And I see I'm not the only dissatisfied customer.

Bought a charcuterie board….ordered February, came April after complaint to PayPal.
It’s so small would be suitable for dolls house or children’s tea party!
Applied for refund …..still waiting.

Having complained about Edinurgy recently after reading other reviews……someone was watching ….or something!! My wooden ‘charcuterie board’ finally arrived in the post today, months late…..and NOT what I ordered. A much smaller version and different. Not big enough for the job required or advertised.. The person who I ordered this product as a birthday present for has long forgotten their birthday and it would not be any use to them anyway due to its ‘shrunken’ size. I could not be bothered to try to find an address to post it back to….. just sorry I ever had anything to do with this company and its nonsensical emails telling me about American customs them Irish ones…..delay tactics….on and on. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM….a totally useless unbusinesslike ‘company’. End of story.

Advert for jeans was taken directly from the Halara jeans website showing Halara jeans. I bought one pair. It was poorly made and fitted badly. I asked for a refund and have had numerous emails offering me £3, then £5, then £8 compensation. They claim return warehouse is in china and (despite postage to china costing £3.60) the shipping fee will be too much. Disgusting.

Like other people complaining, I ordered the cow
charcuterie board (didn't read the reviews first STUPID ME!) The one they sent is NOT like the one in the photograph, it is infinitely inferior, and half the size.

It is NOT fit for purpose, the items shown in the photo do NOT fit on the board, and the quality is dreadful.

I was offered a £2 refund, then £4 and then £6, I refused. They have a money back guarantee within 14 days too.

I was finally sent this email:
"Sorry you are not satisfied with our products.
Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services.
If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time.
Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item.
Thank you for your understanding."

I ordered two highland cow charcuterie serving boards on 6th Feb2026. After a lot of chasing they finally arrived and they are at least half the size of what they looked like in their pictures. Their pictures showed a fair amount of nibbles on the board but I would have a job to put any nibbles on the ones I received. They actually look like kiddie play items. I complained bitterly and they have now offered me £3. Please do not deal with these scam artists - I wish I’d read Trust Pilot reviews first - lesson learned!

The Highland cow charcuterie board is ridiculously small, nothing like the photo. The image shows items on the board that it is impossible to fit in the actual thing.

They did NOT tell the truth.
Repeatedy requested a refund as item was not received, they said it was shipped when it wasn't. I have proof of this.
A month after order it finally arrived and was of sub standard

This took forever to come and is not the item in the main photo. I messaged to say I wanted the one in the main photo. They also charged more than was advertised. It’s a very small platter too. Definitely avoid this company

If I could leave a zero score then I would. Do not buy anything from this scam company either online or on Facebook. Ordered the highland cow charcuterie board in February, now April and no delivery of item. They give you false tracking information also. Lesson learnt. Do not buy off Facebook

Ordered the highland cow charcuterie board in Feb and it has finally arrived after numerous chase emails. It's very small and poor quality, nothing like the photo. Lesson learned, will not be ordering from this company again!

Scam website avoid. Order a board from them they send you tracking updates but these are fake i changed my tracking number by one didgit and it showed the same sort of details. Emailed them and they have said its been resent. Also requested a refund but getting no answer now.

Absolutely awful company. Bought the book mug that looks like stained glass in the advert however what came is a mug that looks like a 5 year old has painted. I have never been more disappointed with an item in my life.
When I asked for a refund they offered me a few pounds refund and then blocked my email address so I can't reply again.

This company is a scam. Do NOT waste for money on this joke .

Item ordered and paid for has not been delivered.Latest tracking information has had the item 'in transit' in the country of United Kingdom since 2026-03-10. It is now 23 rd March. Is it evr likely to be delivered..........think not!!!!

I ordered a charcuterie board which hasn’t arrived.
I was receiving regular transit updates until I put a comment on site on facebook and now the site doesn’t show and the updates have stopped .
I believe it’s a scam but don’t know who to report it to.

Apparently a scam, I ordered a wallet and paid extra for express delivery and it never arrived…
It needs to be reported to Facebook where they do publicity also..
