Edinburgh & Lothian Loft Boarding  Anmeldelser

Recently had my loft boarded, with ladders and lighting installed and I couldn’t be happier. It has given me so much more storage space and means I no longer need to bump into Christmas decorations whilst getting out the vacuum!
Jake and William who completed the work were fantastic throughout. They were courteous and respectful. The work was professionally done and you can tell they take pride in what they do. All work was completed in a morning which was much quicker than expected!
Highly recommend this companies services.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Edinburgh & Lothian Loft Boarding. From my first contact with David for a quote through to the installation completed by Jason and Sean, everything was first class.
David was very accommodating, answered all of my questions, and got us booked in quickly to have our loft boarded.

Jason and Sean arrived on time and were both friendly and professional. They made sure our carpets were protected by laying down protective covers and took extra care to clean up after themselves. I was kept up to date throughout the entire installation, and the guys were in and out incredibly quickly! They even went the extra mile by putting some of the items I needed stored into the loft for me while they were there.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Edinburgh & Lothian Loft Boarding to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality service.

The guys came promptly, put sheeting down to avoid mess and completed the job in a couple of hours. The quality of workmanship was excellent and at a great price. My loft has quite a low apex and other companies said they don't do any that low. David and his team handled it no problem. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, pleasant and tidy workman. Great job so pleased with the workmanship.

The guys worked hard in a very warm loft, were polite and respectful. I would recommend this company. Great job 👍🏼

Great service from quote to completion all work done to high standard all rubbish removed guys where courteous and explained process from start to finish would highly recommend

We had our attic fully floored. Jason and William worked hard all day, were polite and respectful of our home. Would recommend this company. Neat and tidy job 👍🏼

David was polite and professional when coming out to quote. No hard sell and spoke through options and pricing.

We went with a package that suited our budget and David was supportive of this and said it could always be added to at a later date.

Jason and William did our install. Polite and tidy. Jason checked with me at each stage that I was happy with things - start and end point for the boarding, position of the ladder and light switch.

Just an excellent experience all round.

Quality of the finish was great.

Many thanks

Jason and Brian just completed our loft ladder installation. Very quick and professional job, put covers down over carpets and cleaned up before they left.

Great, efficient and tidy service.
Delivered exactly what was promised.

David gave me a quote and explained the whole process. On the day they were fast, polite and tidy! Cannot complain in the slightest, have recommended to friends already.

Loft flooring with ladder fitted today in a very proficient manner. Colin and Brian were great guys and provided us with an excellent finished job. We are delighted. Certainly a business I would have no problem recommending 👍

Super service with a respectful and courteous team installing our new loft ladder.

Very clean and tidy work throughout.

If you are looking for a loft ladder fitted professionally in the Edinburgh area, then make sure you don't look past Edinburgh & Lothian Loft Boarding.

Brilliant service from this company from discussing what was required by David McCourt from ELB and must say the service was superb from cost to workmanship which was excellent very clean no mess the interface from Electrician arriving to connect light to Tradesmen fitting was top notch and cleaning up after work you wouldn’t know they were here I can certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to floor their loft
You won’t be disappointed

Great price, quality workmanship, all completed in a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service we were well looked after by this company. We had a very competative quote for the fitting of a loft ladder. From other quotes we were told to expect some extensive repair work including plastering and wallpapering following the fitting of the ladder given the lay out of the the loft. However there were no issues highlighted by Edinburgh Loft and Boarding company and given the competitive quote we decided to proceed. A personal issue that meant we could not proceed with the work straight away was met with understanding and my quote stood until we could proceed with the work. We have now had the job completed and the process was quick and the amount of decoration required minimal to a little painting around the new hatch. Ladder easy to use and store. Would highly recommend.

Work done perfectly. Jason and Brian did a very professional work and were courteous.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Just had loft flooring completed by the guys, excellent work and an all round good experience
