Amazing product and customer service.

My order arrived very quickly and came in a beautifully presented box. The cashmere pashmina was for a gift and the recipient is extremely pleased with it.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from this company. I recently purchased multiple scarves, and the team very kindly upgraded my order by including a gift box with each scarf as a goodwill gesture. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful touch.

I received the wrong item twice due to despatch errors. After contacting customer services , the issues were resolved. Just unfortunate not in time for Christmas

I initialy had some issues with delivery, but once I brought the issue up to them, they contacted me straight away and went above and beyond; calling me and making sure my delivery was dispatched to me in 24 hours and a member of staff emailed me to let me know they were personaly handling the situation.
Unfortunatley, my original order was lost so they had a new order dispatched to me. Inspite of the misteps, which wasn't Edinbrugh Cashmeres fault, they delivered a service in a dignified manner. I would highly recommend them and will be ordering again in the future.

Thank you for your helpful customer service. This is my first but not my last order.

Three scarfs were ordered and only 1 arrived, I've written several emails, even made a phone call and until this day I've not received any feedback, and no sight of the missing scarfs.

It honestly feel like a scam if this is the way they operate.

I demand some proper response on this or a refund to be made asap.

Initially I had a bad experience with missing items, it was a bit stressful trying to contact this company, but once I got a reply they went above and beyond to investigate and were very quick to replace missing scarves

The scarves (6) are so soft and super great quality.
They are gifts ,so I became a bit upset that I wouldn't receive them.
I needn't have worried though because everything ( at my end) is all sorted..
